Our driver Mr. Shin was waiting for us after we got our bags and promptly took us to our hotel in Myeongdong. Along the way he answered all the questions we had and explained the different areas we were driving thru. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with his service.
Our driver was waiting for us as advised at Gate 8 (Incheon Airport). He was friendly and helpful, but with no English speaking skills. However with electronic assistance we did eventually communicate to some extent. The drive to our hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. We are due to leave our Hotel at 5.15am 16 May and hope the return trip is as enjoyable as that upon arrival.
We arrived at Inchon at 4:00 AM and had no idea where to find the driver! I had assumed there would be a driver holding a sign. We finally had to have the information staff call the company. Fortunately there was a phone number for the company. They told us the driver was at door 8, halfway down the very large hall. There was my name on the wall. I would never have found it! To cap it off the driver didn’t speak a word of English.
The driver didn’t help much with out suitcases at the airport, but did help at the hotel. On a more positive note the van was new and clean. Couldn’t recommend this service.

Most of Korean drivers don't speak English and Incheon airport is big so our CS team should send the meeting point in advance so that customer won’t miss the driver.

A Highly recommend! Before my arrival at the airport, I received responses to inquiries within 1 day. The customer service was excellent and put my mind at ease.
Upon arrival at the airport, I met with the driver at the agreed upon meeting point. The driver did not speak much English but he was friendly and very accommodating. Driver already knew where to go and loaded my luggage for me so I just needed to relax after that long flight.
Great service, clean car, and the price was lower than most of the options available for Korea. I usually don't spend time writing reviews since I don't want to share my secrets with others. However, I really want these guys to be around for more future visits to Korea so I say, don't waste your money picking and choosing random drivers. Pick these professionals who get the job done at a reasonable price.
