This is a must take while visiting Bora Bora. The captain of our cruise boat was very knowledgeable of the history and development of the surrounding islands. Very professional and respectful. Enjoyed the drinks and snacks while watching the sunset and the fish swim below in the clear blue waters. The boat was just the right size. Pulling up to St. James Restaurant was awesome. The host greeting us and escorted us off the boat directly to our tables that were waiting upon our arrival. Will definitely do this again whenever I return.

Two different providers for this service. The sunset cruise was great and a real winner for those looking to smooze the wife. The sunset was magnificent. They played great music and our female guide was extremely talented. The meal at St. James is first class. As normal, be prepared to pay extra for drinks. Only issue at the end was being rushed to finish our meal and get a car back to the hotel.

The Sunset cruise was beautiful. Even though it was overcast the guide was great. He played music. We had adult beverages and snacks. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the water. Food and service were very good. The only issue was after dinner we had to find our own way back to the ship. which we weren't told about. We had to pay a taxi to get back . We thought we were being picked up and brought back. Other than that. It was a beautiful time.

Well didn't get to see a sunset because of clouds but our guide Glenn was wonderful and fun. Made the experience very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed the tour overall. The setting was gorgeous and the boat wasn't packed and was comfortable. With that said, it wasn't exactly romantic. The music was strange, at one point Afroman's Because I Got High came on...very romantic. Instead of wine, we were offered beer though we did get Champagne at the end which was nice. The snacks were very strange Doritos party mix, cheese puffs....as opposed to cheese, crackers and some meats and we were forced to use our hands as there were no plates. I realize we are in Bora Bora and it's not simple to get certain items there, but what could have been an elegant, relaxed and romantic experience turned into sort of a fun boat ride with a sunset to the St. James. Again, the boat was nice one aside, it's odd to have the term Romantic on your boat...especially if it's not romantic. The St. James was actually the highlight. While we got a special limited menu due to the tour, the food on it was one of the best meals we had in Bora Bora. The portion sizes were great and everything was well prepared. The wait staff were quite busy, but we still had a great meal and the drinks seemed reasonably priced as well. Overall, we'd do it again given there aren't many other choices, but there could be some significant improvements yet simple in the boat portion.

Our tour guide was a knowledgeable and extremely friendly guy. Champagne, beer and snacks flowed throughout the cruise. Dinner was good. The views on the water and at the restaurant were amazing.

Our guide on this romantic sunset tour was Glen. On board the outrigger were four other couples from various places in the United States. They were a fun group to be with. The cruise took us around the western side of the island. As we motored around the lagoon Glen played his ukulele and sang, and related stories and historical tidbits about his island. We also enjoyed champagne and beer and light snacks. The sunset was magnificent! After twilight we headed to the St. James Restaurant, located on a waterfront dock for a romantic dinner. My wife and I were seated next to the edge with a wonderful view of the lagoon. Colorful tropical fish entertained us and we were visited by a large shark that decided to swim by during the meal. At that point we had a lot of company as other diners rushed over to the dock edge to catch a glimpse of the shark. The three course meal was superb and the dining experience excellent. We without reservation fully endorse this activity for visitors to Bora Bora. Great job, Glen!

The sunset cruise and dinner at St. James Restaurant was exactly as listed. We were picked up our resort and cruised around Bora Bora viewing the sunset. We then went to St. James for a romantic dinner. Our tour guide was very entertaining and made our tour that much more memorable.
