Circuit touristique en bus à arrêts multiples à Cracovie

Le bus ne sait pas arrêter aux différents arrêts. Il est passé sur le côté du bâtiment de l'usine de Schindler sans s'arrêter.
Je conseillerais plutôt le circuit en voiture électrique qui s'arrête à tous les endroits stratégiques.

All'arrivo alla fermata del redbus ho presentato la mia prenotazione effettuata e pagata online ed il signore che controlla e rilascia i biglietti ci ha detto che l'agenzia Viator a Cracovia non esiste più e che le prenotazioni effettuate da loro non sono valide...praticamente in un secondo abbiamo capito di essere stati truffati. Ad oggi, dopo vari VANI tentativi di contattare e chiedere il rimborso alla Viator mi ritrovo ad aver regalato soldi ad un'agenzia con sede in California che non ha alcun contatto telefonico o servizio clienti ...praticamente UNA TRUFFA A TUTTI GLI EFFETTI.

The bus was in a dreadful state, falling apart. Seats were broken and the sound system to plug our headphones into to receive commentary about Krakow was either not working in most seat areas or was crackling and you couldn't heard the commentary properly! The driver went straight around the route without telling us where we could get off. Properly the worst Hop on Hop off bus tour I have ever done! AVOID! Your better off with a different type of tour of Krakow!

Not overly impressed with this particular bus, the route was very limited and because of it's required size could not penetrate into the heart of many areas such as the 'Old Town' of Krakow and some of the narrow streets of the Ghetto, we saw much more when we booked the Retro Car tour, the service itself is very efficient though we did have some confusion finding the right bus with another bus driver having to insist to our own bus driver that his was the bus we had booked, the commentary as you travel round is good and it is well priced so all in all it was good, good but not great, we recommend the Retro car or even one of the hundreds of golf cart tours to be found operating everywhere.

Very poor standard of transport - very dated - many ear pieces were not working.
No one on the buses to look after you, just a driver who could not communicate
and who did not wait for passengers to get to their seats before moving off - quite dangerous to be honest !
Arriving at places of interest out of siinque with the commentary
Uncomfortable ride over all
Staff at main stops were useless not knowing which bus company was which
Shame as we were looking forward to this

We started our hop on hop on tour at 4pm. We got to the bus stop and had to search for a rep, who were all standing nowhere near the bus stop. I showed him my printed day pass. He went away, saying he didn't know if it was his company. Finally got on bus. Which didn't stop, had 5 P.O.I and a waste

AWFUL! Buses were filthy and old, it runs about every hour, there's not very much to do in every stop so you have a long time to wait. Not worth it, don't do it!

I always enjoy the hop on/off bus tours, they are educational and enable you to see many sights in a short period of time, as well as transporting you from A to B.
My only slight reservation on this one was the constant steaming up of the windows which I have never experienced before and was detrimental to our ability to see things/enjoyment.
Obviously this was down to the weather/contrasting temperatures and i'm not sure if there is a way of preventing this?

DO NOT book this! It's waste of money! I joined many hop on hop off in many cities and I never experienced one like this!! The vehicle was very old and you don't feel safe siting inside, and the headphone on the bus didn't work! Also the bus was not on time, even the first bus we wait at the central station shopping mall didn't come! I can't believe it could still cost me 15 per person! There are other 2 operators doing hop on hop off in Krakrow, don't bother yourself into this.

I found the information provided almost useless,! In fact i'm pretty sure that I went on a different company's bus! There are no signs or bus stops with info. I have used these sort of buses in many countries - never with such hopeless information!
