We had an amazing time touring around San Sebastian with periodic stops to take photos and learn of its history. The bikes were of a very high quality and allowed for some easy hill climbing for spectacular views. This really helped us feel well oriented around the city and make the best use of our remaining time in San Sebastian. Highly Recommend this tour!
Excellent! Al was a terrific guide. He was quite knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting history of the area and the Basque people.
We saw parts of San Sebastian we would never have seen just walking around and the electric bike made going up steep hills a snap. We even got to play a game of Basque handball with him! I would highly recommend this tour!
A bit late for my review but the tour was excellent. The tour guide was very helpful and this was really appreciated given that it was raining the day we did he tour. I only wish we had completed the tour despite the rain but it was a safety/ weather issue at this point but all things considered, this was a really nice way to see San Sebastian!
Explored areas of San Sebastian off the beaten path. My guide Hegoi was informative and fun. Highlights were dropping by the Stadium for a game of handball and cruising up to the top of Peine del Viento for a spectacular view of the city. Highly recommended!
This was a great way to see the city in a short amount of time and then we could go back to our favorite parts after. The view from the mountain is amazing. Having the electric bike definitely made it easier and they are super fun. Its just like a regular bike but it helps with the resistance. Highly recommend!
The Electric Bike Tour was wonderful. In 3 hours we were able to see most of San Sebastian/Donostia and learn about Basque culture as well. Alain was wonderful, informative, and helpful. Not only did we get to see great scenery, we were also introduced to the Basque love for sports. Alain provided a good overview of life in this idyllic area of Spain. The electric bike makes the trip up the mountain very easy, even for those of us who are over 60 years old. We highly recommend this Electric Bike Tour. E and R from California.
Their office is at a great centric location in the old area.
Tour started on time.
Alain was extremely corteous and stopped often to provide historical information which he knew at detail and with national pride.
The route covered most if not all the city.
The ebike was a breeze to ride. It had way
We loved this tour! It was a great way to see amazing views of the city. Our guide Alain also took us to a local gym and showed us how to play esku pelota, a form of handball that's popular there. It was a very fun experience.
Excellent tour with Big Al. It was the first visit to the Basque Country for my sister, my niece and I. We wanted to see as much of San Sébastian / Donostia during our 3 day visit. We took the 4pm bike tour on the 23rd of June. This tour exceeded our expectations.
Bikes: Excellent. Easy to ride, comfortable, and the 'e-bike feature' made the touring the city easy, particularly when we had to climb up Paseo Del Faro.
Guide: Excellent. A true local! Plenty of insights into the history and the city. Extremely friendly and helpful.
Tour: We must have covered 15 kilometers. Rode through La Concha. Saw beautiful views of San Sébastian from the near the top of Paseo del Faro. Played Basque Handball! We didn't get to go through the longest tunnel in San Sébastian due to construction, but that was just fine.
We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting San Sébastian/Donostia for the very first time.
