Nous avons eu la meilleure journée de rafting en eau vive et de quad pour l’anniversaire de mes amis. Nous ne pouvions tous pas effacer les sourires de notre visage après une journée aussi excellente. Recommande fortement : )

This white water rafting and ATV tour was a great way to spend a morning and afternoon in Bali. The rafting on the Ayung River was a blast. It's just the right amount of rapids to keep you thrilled without putting you in real danger. But even if you fall in the river, the water is so very refreshing. As for the ATV portion, our guide Agus was really great. We had some vehicles that stalled a few times and he quickly came to help and get us going again. Riding around as it rained in the afternoon and the trail became muddy and wet was so much fun. Perfect activity for a rainy afternoon in the tropics!

Best Bali outdoor adventure tour!

Most fun I’ve had in Bali! Great outdoor experience and very nice guides 🤗. The lunch buffet had nice food and iced sweet tea which was included in the tour price.

This trip was by far the best trip we have taken on our round the world cruise. The river rafting was so beautiful and there are waterfalls around every corner. The ATVs were super fun and the facility had showers and towels available afterwards. The staff was so friendly and the buffet lunch was really good. I would totally do this again. Beware there are lots of high steps to get down to the river and back up at the end. It was worth it!

Rafting only tour - great!

My (age 70) father and I went on the rafting only tour so you don’t need to be that young or fit to do this. There was little communication or confirmation beforehand, but our pickup arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Rafting was fun and though it was initially raining, doesn’t matter, you will get wet, so wear a bathing suit and waterproof shoes. My least favorite part was the walk down to the river and the walk back up from the river, but both were manageable and only about 10 minutes walk. We had a great rafting trip with 3 other people down the Ayung river, and afterwards back at tour center we had a simple but tasty lunch. All in probably was about 5 hours. (There are showers and towels provided there, but smart to bring dry clothes to change into or else you’ll be like me, damp and cold during lunch).

We had a great with ATV ride and rafting boats. One of the best experiences and tour guides we ever had. The place as Surya Adventure is great. Clean, nice lunch buffet and kind hospitality and services. Transportation is also nice and well behaved. We really enjoyed this adventure with young kids

White water rafting and ATV

This was a great trip. The white water rafting trip was fun and beautiful. We went thru several small rapids and saw beautiful flora and many waterfalls. The ATV was lots of fun but not for the timid. Lots of water, mud , steep climbs , definitely challenging for us because it had just rained. The climb down and to the river is steep, but this trip is well worth the money. We had a great guide who was eager to share his know.

Had to pay for unwanted extras , stressful experience with driver

Actual experience was good, great guides on rafting experience and ATV. Not very happy with the driver received , was friendly but was very clearly trying to shake me down. Firstly “offered” to take me to a barong show which I wasn’t too keen for and didn’t inform me of additional cost. (Show ran for 1.5 hours) then kept mentioning he was only booked for half day , in the product description it does not state I am booking a driver, just transfers which is why I was confused. Then he had to go to a bathroom where I was taken to the silver/gold shop while he went . Got taken to a Luwak tasting (didn’t really ask for it, kept asking if I liked coffee and I said no but ended up there anyway) however the place was actually good. Then FINALLY got to the rafting and ATV experience at 2pm (4 hours after scheduled time). Completed and went home. I ended paying him an extra 400k IRD for the “extra time” and Barong show ticket ( I came home at 8pm so was a 12 hour day instead of 8-10) I didn’t argue because I don’t mind as I like to support locally anyway but I am disappointed because I booked Viator to have a seemless easy experience and this was confusing and stressful. If I wanted this I would of just booked off a vendor and organise the driver directly that way at least they’ll receive more of the commissions and none to Viator who didn’t give me the experience I’d expect from a large contracting company. Please either communicate better to the company or make sure guests are aware of what they’re paying for and update the product description.

My partner and I loved the personalised pickup from our accomodation. Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. Once we got to the ATV and white water rafting centre, we were greeted with a juice on arrival. The ATV tour was so much fun, but the highlight of the day was definitely the white water rafting! Highly recommend. All the staff were awesome.

We booked the combo tour and it did not disappoint. Transfers were on time. Rafting was for about 2 hours and ATV was more adventurous than expected but was fun. Smaller kids might find it challenging but the operators made sure my kids were ok by keeping them up front close to the guide.

Me and my partner enjoyed our water rafting and ATV experience. The whole day was organised so well all the guides we had were so fun and full of energy, the lunch was delicious and our driver was so friendly. If you go we advise you buy the waterproof case for your phone so the guides can take photos of you whenever you want.

The white water rafting experience was fantastic. It felt safe yet still exciting and our guide, Jordhy Walker made us feel safe and at the same time was hilarious. Fitbit enthusiasts rejoice, you get to put in some steps before and after the white water rafting part. The ATV ride wasn't what I expected but was also super fun. We got to whip around some corners and blast through puddles and streams across the jungle. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a fun physical activity and still experience the beauty of Bali.

Our pickup driver arrived super early and waited for us throughout the entire length of both experiences (almost half a day) to send us back to our hotel. While driving us back we also asked for food recommendations and he brought us to a specialty duck place that had really good food and we ordered takeaway for our dinner. Overall experience was great for both rafting and ATV! The lunch provided was also really good. For rafting pitstops, the toilets are very bare minimum, so if you do need to go, bring either paper or buy water to wash yourself. (No doors, so you get the idea 😂) For ATV, I got stuck a few times but the instructor was very helpful and encouraging, there's also a cute little doggo running around the practice area. Things to note would be the river is located very much downhill so there will a ton of stairs to climb both down and then back up. Our legs were very dead after for the next two days. Good for later parts of your trip!

The ATV was excellent, enjoyed the white water rafting the steps are steep. I think the water should be supplied for both activities given the price you pay. Lunch could have been hotter, disappointing others ate all the food

The white water rafting was lots of fun, but it’s a very long walk down, then back up at the end. My husband and son were ok, but I had a hard time 😢. The ATV ride was fun and muddy, my 14 year old son loved it.

The ATV riding was very fun - nice scenery around farms, and through forests and villages. The staff were all helpful and friendly. My only negative comment is that the ATVs have all been obviously ridden hard for some time - there were some mechanical issues with a couple ATVs that required guides to change them out. I'm sure they get used hard, and are expensive to maintain - we still enjoyed and would recommend the trip, but that part could be better. The river rafting was a pleasant surprise for me. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the guide did a good job on the water. There was actually some white water that made the trip exciting, and the scenery in the gorge is breathtaking. We had no problem, but I suspect some may have problems with the steep climbs down and back up from the gorge. I mention this because that wasn't in the description. Again, it was a great time and I'd recommend it to others.
