Combinez le meilleur des deux parcs et découvrez le parc national de la Suisse saxonne dans la Saxe allemande, ainsi que le parc national de la Suisse bohémienne, dans la région de Bohême (République tchèque) en une journée.
Wow! The park is spectacular and the tour perfect! We were picked up at our bnb right on time in a comfortable van and met up with the rest of our group and guide at the park. George was very personable and took time to get to know each of us a bit while showing and teaching us about the park. Lunch was delicious! And each element of the tour was better than the next!We debated whether or not to go because it is a pricey tour but we have no regrets! Loved it!
I highly recommend this tour for those who love the outdoors and beautiful scenery. Our driver Peter picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the parks, which are 90 minutes away from Prague. Peter told us lots of interesting facts about places all along the way in both the Czech Republic and Germany. Peter also gave us water so we would be hydrated for the long climbs ahead. We had a group of five and met up with another group of five, so both George and Stephen were our tour guides...both very polite, funny and knowledgeable! The steep climbs to the Pravcicka Gate and Bastei Bridge were well worth the incredible views up top. Great way to spend a day outside of Prague. You will be exhausted at the end of the day, but you will always remember this special tour!
Great drivers and guides. But the description of this trip lacked information. The middle portion of this tour was very rigorous. There was really no warning that we would hike 2.5 km up and then back down. Be for warned!
When visiting Prague, it is worth a trip out of the city to see the absolutely mesmerising Saxon Switzerland National Park. It was truly stunning and something I will never forget. Our guide was fantastic too!
Really good from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel on time, collected a few more traveller and away we went. Our guide was informative and knowledgeable but didn't give the you the needless information that was of no relevance. Both the German and the Czech national park were very nice as we went in autumn so the leave were changing. The boat trip through Edmunds gorge was great and our operator was hilarious. We stop for lunch at nice quiet pub back in Czech where the food and drinks were very goodincluded in the trip price. I would highly recommend this trip and my top tip would be go in autumn. Take good boots or shoes as there is a good about of walking but the views are worth it.
