Great glacier tour. Only boat to make it out of protected waters on our day. They were willing to try and glad they did because the seas were not nearly as rough as reported. Company offered several options at check in if you didn’t want to chance rolling waves. You could get a refund if the boat turned around. Saw whales, otters, whales and a bear. The boat would stop if they saw animals. Well organized. Free binoculars were offered on the boat and snacks and light food choices for sale for those not ordering the prime rib and salmon dinner. Soft and mixed drinks for sale. I highly recommend Major tours. It was well worth the money. Good view of the glaciers. Everyone had an assigned table to store your backpacks and gear or lunches. You were free to roam the boat. Money well spent.
Although overcast and intermittent showers cruise was outstanding. Crew was friendly and very attentive from boarding, thru meal service and making sure people knew where to look. Just fantastic views of glaciers, mountains and all sorts of wildlife. We saw calving glaciers whales, seals, eagles, jellyfish, and otters. Highly recommend.
The crew was very professional and helpful.the food was great. My guests were happy. I'm spoiled because I did this same cruise in 1987. The glaciers were much more active and Wildlife more abundant. I guess it depends on the day!
From start to finish, no hassles, friendly and helpful team members. Check in and boarding was smooth... Captain Nicole kept us informed on status of cruise thru out and gave us plenty of time to enjoy what and where we were. US Park Service Ranger Griffin was great. Not only informative on the mic but answered anyone's question that walked up to him and easy to understand. Ashley and Zach were great behind the bar, thru out the cabin and when they were on deck. Smiles thru out and courteous to everyone and i recommend you have them make you a
This was a great cruise. The ship was huge and very specious. They had designated seating for everybody and plenty of deck space. We went on one of the best day possible as we saw plenty of whales, orcas, sea-lions. Got great views of Fjords and glaciers as the sky was very clear that day. Also saw bears along the coast. Overall an amazing experience.
Thank you very much for a wonderful cruise! We loved every minute of it, especially the intelligent and informative lecture of the ranger. The view of the glaciers and jumping whales was unforgetable and fascinating.

This was one of our favorite days of the two weeks in AK. We are extremely glad that was chose this particular tour. The staff were all superb. We tipped them because they deserved and not because we were expected to which is often the case. The national park service ranger was extremely informative. The food was all fabulous. We both went back for seconds of the salmon, prime rib and side dishes. We were blessed with fairly decent weather, a bit of rain. We saw orca whales twice, humpback whales twice, many various seabirds such as puffins, sea lions, otters, and quite a bit of calving. It was more than we saw in a week on the inner passage cruise! We would highly recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. Binoculars are provided. Bring a good camera. Advice: take Bonine at least half an hour before boarding. They do sell in aboard, but it takes time to work. Also, we didn't know where to park, but eventually found the public lot which is reasonably priced and a 10 minute walk to the dock.
