How to Get There

Situated on the banks of the River Thames just 30 miles (48 kilometers) west of London, Maidenhead is well connected by daily trains from London Paddington. By car, follow the M4 west towards Windsor before following signs to Maidenhead.

There’s no bad time to visit Maidenhead, although summer sees the arrival of better weather and annual cultural events. In July, you can enjoy the annual free-to-enter Maidenhead Festival, while August welcomes Maidenhead at the Movies, an open-air film festival held at Kidwells Park.
