Retrouvez votre guide au Royal Village Shopping Center (à quelques pas des ports de croisière) pour commencer votre excursion aventureuse. Montez à bord de votre buggy dernier cri avec trois passagers supplémentaires maximum, et profitez de l'engin ultramoderne. Observez une démonstration de sécurité avant de partir explorer l'île. Suivez votre guide en passant devant le paysage spectaculaire de la côte de Cozumel. Arrêtez-vous à la plage de sable isolée d'El Pescador pour profiter d'une promenade sereine, d'une baignade rafraîchissante ou d'une partie de volley-ball énergique.

Continuez votre voyage vers El Cedral, une ville historique dans laquelle la culture traditionnelle maya est toujours maintenue. Admirez l'église pittoresque et coloniale avant de visiter une ancienne ruine maya et la maison du premier habitant de la ville du XIXe siècle. 

Ensuite, plongez-vous dans la culture authentique de la région en visitant la maison d'une famille maya locale. Tout en savourant une délicieuse collation, découvrez le mode de vie, les festivités et les coutumes culinaires des familles autochtones du village. 

Ensuite, retournez sur votre buggy et dirigez-vous vers le spectaculaire SkyReef Beach Club, situé à côté du parc marin national Chankanaab. Optez pour un plongeon revitalisant et du snorkeling dans les eaux cristallines de la mer des Caraïbes avant de profiter d'un déjeuner savoureux et copieux. Dégustez des spécialités mexicaines telles que des fajitas au poulet, des quesadillas et des tacos au poisson (les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le prix de l'excursion). 

Passez le reste de votre voyage en vous reposant sur des transats sur la plage et en plongeant vos pieds dans le sable soyeux. Plongez dans les eaux vivifiantes des Caraïbes et profitez des installations du club de plage.

L'excursion se terminera par un retour au Royal Village Shopping Center. Vous pouvez également choisir de rester au SkyReef Beach Club plus longtemps avant de retourner au port de croisière.

This tour was great! Omar was our guide and took us around the whole island. We had a chance to do a Tequila tasting, learn some history, swim and even snorkel. We were able to visit a nice private beach, which was very pleasant to not have to deal with the big crowds. It was extremely cool riding around in the buggy's, and the excursion takes up most of your day, so you definitely get a ton of value for the price. If you book this excursion please request Omar. He was Awesome!!

Amazing tour. Our guide Omar was very kind with us. The Buggy was very fun to drive. All 3 stops were different and interesting. The visit to Mayan village was instructive. The snorkling was great and really safe as long as Omar was with us all the time.

The dune buggies were a blast and we were allowed a lot of time driving which made it more fun....the snorkeling was week...but an over all great local and Mayan experience!

Let me start by saying the guys that did the tour with us were amazing...friendly, fun, knowledge. The cars were fun, but not in the best repair. It feels a little rushed at times. Having said that, it was a good experience overall and I would reccomend this tour. Make sure you tip these guys they work hard!

Buggies were fun to drive, not that great scenery or picturesque a drive. Staff very friendly and helpful, but actual sites and activities kind of mediocre.

Our family group ages 6 to 62 had a wonderful day with our guides Omar and Haman. The combination of culture and fun made for a very memorable and exciting experience. We would recommend to anyone as long as you can shift a standard transmission.

We had a wonderful time. Even though the surf was too rough for snorkeling, I had a great time. Ronny and Omar were wonderful guides as well as the others, sorry I didn't get their names.

This has to be the best tour in Cozumel! Our guides Ronny and Jose were fun, knowledgable and saw to our every need. The island is beautiful, of course, but the best part was the visit to the Mayan village. We admired the cultural pride on display everywhere we went in the village. The price of the tour was worth it. My only recommendation to the owners would be to do some much needed maintenance on the carsthey were safe and pay these guys more--they made the tour a most memorable experience.

We had a great time. We did however have to wait about 30minutes for a so thought missing couple, which was us but we were the first ones to arrive and check in so not sure how that happened. So we were rushed at each stop. We could not snorkel because the water too rough. But lunch and all the service was great. We would definitely book again

This tour, unfortunately, was not as great as I have come to expect from Viator. The day got off to a bad start when we showed up at the meeting place at 9:45 AM as instructed. The guide did not show up until an hour later, explaining that the tour was scheduled for 11:00, not 10:00 as we had been notified in the reservation. This alone would not be a problem, except for the fact that the tour was 5 hours and we had to be back on the ship by 3:30, meaning the tour had to be shortened to four hours to allow time to get back to the depot and walk back to the ship. Once we got the buggies, they were in rough shape. They looked fine, but the transmissions were shot. It was virtually impossible to get our buggy into gear without constant grinding the gears. We switched off to the other couple in our buggy, but they had the same problem. This continued throughout the entire four hours of what was originally supposed to be a five hour tour. Our guide, Ronny, was pretty good. He tried his best to smooth over the late start and to get us back on time. Unfortunately, his friendly demeanor and good intentions were not enough to make up for the truncated tour and the poor quality of the vehicles. If we could have had the full 5 hours as booked and a buggy with a transmission that was at least fair, the rating would be significantly better. Overall, the itinerary itself is pretty good. Our experience, sadly, was not.
