Le ramassage à l'hôtel et le transport aller-retour sont inclus.
For horse lovers and castle admirers this is a wonderful day trip. We had a fun driver who shared information about the countryside. The chateau is a beautiful castle and the stables with the museum were amazing. The lunch was delicious even though we didn't know exactly what we ordered. The horse show was crowded but lovely to see. Highly recommended
The guides are fantastic, this is a must do chateau only a short drive out of Paris and the lunch was the best cuisine I have had in France. The stables are a good add on and the setting of the nextdoor racetrack and the town of Chantilly is picture postcard.
We really enjoyed this tour...mainly because of our guides, Helen and Larissa. They took extra time to explain what we were seeing, as English audio-guides were not available for us all gone. They also tailored the tour to what we wanted to see the most. I commend them most highly.
The food for our lunch was superb, and enjoyed tasting the Chantilly cream, and eating on site in the former kitchen of the chateau. The artwork in the chateau was most impressive. On the drive from Paris to Chantilly our guides gave us the history of the chateau and stories about it.
We were pleased to see the horse show also, but recommend getting to the arena early, as seats were hard to find, and many families, couples, had to split up. Having said this, I believe the view is excellent everywhere in the arena.
Again, without Larissa and Helen, this tour would not have been as enjoyable. Excellent guides!
