Notre zone de prise en charge s'étend de la jetée Royal Watler et le long de la plage Seven Mile jusqu'aux condos et hôtels, se terminant à l'hôtel Kimpton. Un client peut faire une demande de prise en charge ailleurs en fonction de l'emplacement si nous le pouvons, nous l'obligerons. Very unorganized departed...

Very unorganized departed late and almost missed our ship coming back. Details stated included meal and snacks but it did not.

Hello Paul, We are a little confused as to which tour you were expecting to be on. In the 25 years of operation, we have never provided meals and snacks on any of our tours. It would cost a lot more per head if we did. We provided, as advertised water, snorkeling equipment and squid to feed the stingrays. As a good gesture we provide punch. In regard to your comment about almost missing your ship, as said above we have been doing this for over 25 years. We have never had a customer lose their passage on their ship as we are much aware of the ship schedule and our buses are at the Safe Haven Dock to shuttle you to the pier which is approximately 15-20 minutes away depending on the traffic. This is a routine we practice on a daily basis. Just to mention, when the customers arrive at the dock there are always long lines of passengers waiting to board the ship as this is a tender port.

Great excursion

We enjoyed this excursion. Booked through Viator and ended up on the boat with everyone that booked through the cruise for more money. Each stop was very short since this was only a 1/2 day excursion. Our bus driver made a quick stop to drop us off at the 7 mile beach at a fun party beach called Coral Beach. Super easy to get our own taxi back to the port! The stingrays were huge, our captain did a great job catching them for us to hold and take pictures with.

It was a very memorable experience. The staff was excellent, and the snorkeling was so cool. So many pretty fish and coral. And to hold, touch and even kiss a stingray, well Priceless! a treasured memory of a perfect day.

Crew was great. Reefs are not so colorful anymore which is heartbreaking. Did enjoy the fish and stingrays. Wish we could interact more with stingrays after the picture sessions. This is a good family excursion.

This was a good excursion, but it was windy and the ocean very choppy! Thankfully, the boat captain helped me get where I needed to be. Rough water, but still a good experience. The weather was what caused me to give a 4, but they had no control over that.

The staff was engaging and very helpful. Snorkeling was amazing. The crew shared information when with the stingrays and helped us to feel comfortable being so close with them. A lot of fun!

Snorkeling was nice but had to remove fins. Got to hold a star fish underwater, sting ray was Awesome. Got to feed them squid.

Not as expected

Snorkeling was not what I expected. We were taken to really rough water probably 12 ft deep handed a snorkel tube, mask and a life jacket. Given no instructions whatsoever. Not even help getting off and back on the boat. Put your head down for 3 secs and you had washed 20 ft away. Swimming back to the boat again the waves was difficult even for a good swimmer. Several older people didn't even get off after accessing the situation. One passenger was horribly seasick. Crew offered him nothing. Didn't even walk over to our side of the boat to check on him once. String Rays were better but still in 5-7 ft water.

So much fun in this trip. The captain taught everyone to kiss stingray. I kept on laughing. After stingray feeding and kids trip, we visited sea star.

Good staff on the boat but poor logistics for on the island customers as it appears to be more focused to cruise ship-based customers.

The stingrays are the BEST! This is a MUST do tour. Everyone in the crew was so nice & helpful. They helped us take some amazing photos with the stingrays.

The destinations of the tour itself were fantastic. Being able to hold and feed the stingrays was great and the boat staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The downside of the tour was the transportation vehicles. The bus to get to the boat dock was cramped and a little run down. The boat was not what I was expecting. It was full and the motor was so loud you could barely have a conversation. Being on a catamaran would have been much more enjoyable. The snorkel gear provided was low quality and diminished from the experience. Everything seemed disorganized and rushed, although it was the busiest day of the year for Grand Cayman and I understand why that could cause some issues. Luckily, we were able to make it back to the cruise tender pier in time despite the traffic on the ride back and the other delays.

Our guide was amazing! The stingrays were so cool. We recommend this trip! This was our first time ever snorkeling and once we figured it out, we loved it! I recommend using a life jacket for first timers.

I really loved getting to see the stingray up close and being able to touch one was awesome and a starfish but there was alot of people... on one trip. So we were unable to snorkel cause they ran out of gear. Would definitely be better if it was organized and less crowded!!!!!

PLEASE AVOID: Tourist trap

I wish I would have read more truthful reviews before buying into this tourist trap and wasting a lot of money. I bought this trip hoping to at least visit the barrier reef, and we were taken to coral gardens instead. Stingray city was a huge disappointment with hundreds of tourists walking through shallow water manhandling a couple poor stingrays that were passed around by each of the boat captains. One of the Stingrays was missing his tail so they could ensure he wasn’t a threat, but it was so sad we stayed on the boat and didn’t even engage in bringing more trauma to this beautiful creature. I think we saw two or three stingrays in 30 min., but there were hundreds of tourists everywhere. Starfish point was an even bigger disappointment with just a couple small starfish scattered around, and our guides pointing to the deep murky water and claiming most of the starfish were “out there” where we weren’t allowed to swim. There were no snacks or sodas on board for the kids, and by the time they took us to Starfish Point (around 12:30 PM) there was a water stand selling snacks and food with the cheapest item being $20. My kids teased me all day for taking them to a tourist trap that wasted precious time on a beautiful island during our stop at the Cayman Islands. On our way back to the ship we found a beautiful snorkeling spot called Eden’s Rock right by the cruise port that had WAY better snorkeling than we experienced on the tour, so learn from us and save time and money snd snorkel from the shore for free.

Sometimes an amazing excursion gets sold out on a cruise ship you may be on .... so what next , right ? Well take the following advice and you will be the hero in your family . Trust the On -line process and book this excursion outside of your cruise line ..... it will be ok and it will be very very simple . Once you take the tender to shore you cannot miss where your on line booking company will be , there are a row of them under a tent . It is extremely well organized . Check in , and wait with the rest of the group . They will bus you 15 mins to the excursion boat , once on it is around a half hour ride to the first snorkling adventure , time is of the essence so this will not last longer than a half hour , and away you go to the highlight attraction " The Stingrays ..,. Sadly this area has become heavily commercialized and several other business here are doing the same thing , but no worries , your tour guide will have you all gather around while he goes to get a stingray , and then you realize as you see your families expression that you just made the best decision . You can feed it , and hold it if you want . Your guide is right next to you so no worries again . HAVE YOUR CAMRA READY because there is no tour photographer . There is close to an hour doing this and it is awesome . Next you are off to a little island that has conk shells and beautiful larger starfish., very nice end to the excursion :) All of this is taking place while the backdrop to this is beatiful turquoise crystal clear water that seems endless . I was literally there yesterday 12/20/22 The girls in my familybwho are in their 20's said it was their best excursion they experienced .

My operator, Captain Bryan, did not pick me up! I had someone call him and he said he "decided not to do the 12:00 trip". He said he had tried to call my home in Florida. (When I returned home there was no message from him on my system.) I was on a ship, not at home. I am 86 and was very disappointed to miss what I planned as my last snorkeling trip. I was left with a wasted day off a ship as at noon it was too late to get another trip. When you will be in a location for only one day a cancellation means a wasted day that you can't get back.

We want to apologize that your tour was cancelled. We honor all tour departure times; However, the tour the guest has selected cannot work with the ships' departure time from Grand Cayman. Attempts were made to reach our guest to change tour departure time from 12pm to 9am, but we never had any response. We left a voice mail on the U.S number that was provided. we understand our guest's frustration about not taking part of the tour, Guest was fully refunded the same day even prior to the phone conversation. We strive very hard to provide our guests amazing experience and happy memories and rest assured we will continue doing so. Capt. Bryan
