This was definitely one for thrillseekers but is way harder than it actually looks. Harness and equipment is provided which is great, but be prepared to constantly change shoes when moving from one set of rocks to the other as the rockclimbing shoes are not made for regular sand. There were many groups out at the same time us as and it was very busy, so as a result we were told to start on a hard one. For a beginner, this was ALOT to ask for! Eventually we moved on and had lunch, followed by a trek to the caves - this included alot of uphill walking over rocks and stones - comfy shoes advised! The views from the top are amazing though and definitely worth the walk. We were dropped back to Aonang beach where we were staying after the experience. We cut the initial booked one day to half a day as it definitely is exhausting. Worth a try for sure though when in Krabi!
