Excursion d'une journée à Venise au départ de Ljubljana

This was a very good trip. The guide was very professional and helpful. The trip took over 12 hours so the day was quite long, but it was ok.

I jumped on the chance to go to Italy! I have had great experiences in the past in other italian cities, but never been to venice. This trip was amazing guys. The guide Premoosh or Adam was amazing, he picked us up at the hotel around 8:00AM and we were back at our hotel by 8:30 PM almost a 12 hour excursion. Simply this trip lets you leave slovenia see Venice without a boat! There is a bit of walking, but everyone else is doing the same thing, so you got to walk, it is not handicap accessible. As soon as you arrive in venice, the guide walked us around for about 1 hour to all the major spots! Literally 1 hour to explain and he gives you 4 whole hours of free time which is more then enough to experience venice. I went up and ate the hard rock cafe near st. marcs square, then went and visited the museo corerr which was amazing, and still had time to spare to go to souvenir stores and eat gelato! There were plenty of rest stops to stretch your legs and use the bathroom, so the overall time did not seem unpleasant. Regardless I highly recommend this tour, just because of the time it will save rather then you planning your own trip or going by train, because just navigating venice by yourself could be troublesome. The Guide made this experience so much better.

We had an amazing day with Luka on our day trip from Ljubljana to Venice! He was really friendly and had lots of knowledge about both Slovenia and Italy. The tour was definitely worth it because we would not have been able to do as much on our own in that one day, as we found Venice pretty confusing to navigate. This tour made it really simple and stress free! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Venice but has limited time!!

It's more of a transport type trip than a tour.

This was our second trip with Luka from Roundabout and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The journey from Ljubljana to Venice was very comfortable and was interesting to see the changing scenery from Slovenia to Italy. There was a stop at a service station in Italy for toilet breaks/coffee as well. Once we had parked in Venice, Luka took the tour there was 6 of us through the winding streets of Venice and told us some of the history of the city as well. We walked for around 40 minutes to an hour to St Marks Square where we had 4 hours of free time to discover Venice by ourselves. We went on a gondola, had some Italian pizza and huge ice cream and wandered around until we had to meet Luka and the rest of the group back at St Marks Square. On our way back to the car we decided to take a water taxi which was 12 EUR each and wasn't included in the tour price. If you didn't want to pay for that then the whole group would of walked back to the car, but after a long hot day in the city you were pretty exhausted so most tours usually took that option. We then had another 2.5 hour journey back to Ljubljana with another stop at a service station in Slovenia to stretch your legs and use the toilet.

We had a very enjoyable day and first visit to Italy and Luka was a great tour guide/driver.

My only improvement would be to allow the group to look into shops on the way to St Marks Square as there was some interesting stores which we couldn't remember our way back to, but apart from that we had a great day :

Venice was a little crowded but well worth the visit.

This was my first time in Venice. The guide was very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a wonderful time despite the weather in the afternoon, will go back later.

Venice was beautiful, but I wish we had more free time. The guide was knowledgeable, but he was not as fast-paced as I would have liked. We were already behind schedule due to traffic on the way. When we finally had free time, I hardly had time to grab lunch and souvenirs before it was time to go. That made me feel really rushed.

Okay, first of all, they charged each of us extra 11euros to take a water taxi back to the van, which I felt uncomfortable that we had to choose between walking all the way back, taking a water bus that takes 50min around 5euro, or taking a water taxi...I feel like that should have been already taken care of instead of making us pay extra right on the spot. It was around 36 degrees and everyone was exhausted and was not happy when the tour guide said that.
I definitely had much professional and better trip with Viator but I was disappointed about this trip.
