Daylight savings time caused issues I believe. I had to notify them that there was no 2:50 am which is the time they insisted on picking us up for a 6:15 am flight because it could take up to an hour to get to the hotel with other pickups. They changed pick up to 3:20 am. Received a text that they would be sending a car with the car number. When it was 3:30 am I called because there was no car. No one answered, just a recording that someone would be with me momentarily. The car finally arrived before someone answered. The ride from that point was ok but we were at the airport 40 minutes before the Southwest ticket window opened at 4:30.
When phoning the company about what time we would be picked they had no record of our booking at all. We had to make another booking to be picked up, but the driver accepted our pre paid voucher. If I had no phoned to check we would not have been picked up.
My driver was right on time and he was friendly, he made sure everyone made it to their destination on time. This service is very reliable. Only gave four because the ticket verification has a little bit of kinks that need working out the driver will ask for a number that starts with 4 if you book online it will not have this and he has to call in to verify.
