This was a lovely night - Dinner at Chez Francis was lovely, waiter was very nice, the food was superb - I would definitely recommend dinner at this lovely restaurant, even if you are not going to Crazy Horse. The Show at Crazy Horse was good, very much a Burlesque, cabaret show - definitely for over 18s - Do not expect the same as Moulin Rouge as it is less variety show and more true Burlesque. The lady photographing was lovely and we purchased the photo package which came with a surprise USB in the shape of lips with an electronic copy of our pictures. The only negative was the man next to us who was videoing as this was a distraction from the show.
The show was a 5 star experience, the meal was terrible. We were treated like second class citizens because we had the package deal. I was watching everyone else around me have amazing meals and goid service. I almost just abandoned the prix fix menu I already paid for and just paid for dinner off the menu.
What a great show!!!! First a wonderful meal at Chez Francis, they really looked after us there and then a 2 minute walk to the show! This is right near the Diana memorial, so we fitted that in too. The show was totally not what we expected, it was more classy with the use of clever lighting that made this more of an art form then tacky. The girls were phenomenal dancers, more like athletes and their private areas were carefully concealed not to offend. To get the idea of the Crazy Horse would be, to Imagine the opening of a bond film with beautiful dancers and clever lighting mixed with 50's glamour and you have it! Hugo our waiter really looked after us and the singer and very amusing George, intermittently sang throughout. He had a beautiful crooner voice and the look of Errol Flynn in a smoking jacket. This was a fabulous night out and we would fully recommend it!
