Driver was waiting when we arrived and courteous and helpful.

No issues with the transfer. A last minute pick up time change was more difficult than it had to be but the vendor was not difficult about it.

My husband and I arrived in Paris two days before a World War II tour. We decided to depart from our hotel and travel to the Charles de Gaulle Airport to meet our tour guide via a private vehicle. The driver arrived at our hotel on time, and he was extremely efficient with our luggage and with navigating traffic along our route. We were told to meet our tour guide at one specific airport terminal, and our driver had no problem negotiating the different roadways and ramps within the airport property. We arrived at the tour's departure point in plenty of time and with no stress. I highly recommend this for a timely and stress-free departure!

Was picked up on time at our hotel four hours before our flight and delivered to CDG timely however, with our party of four, the private transfer should have been a minivan as described in the booking. It was a small SUV. 4 women in Paris for a week, meant four large suitcases, large carry ons and shopping bags. We barely got everything in. Was definitely not given the type of vehicle that was outlined.
