Driver was on time. Spoke limited English but was an excellent driver and it was a lovely air conditioned, smart vehicle. Driver took us exactly where we wanted to go and waited and also offered ideas. Good value

We were told the driver would arrive at our hotel at 9:00am and Mr. Dan was there exactly at 9:00am! We went to the Big Buddha, The Temple and a drive through downtown Old Phuket. Mr. Dan was an excellent driver and got us to all the locations in the comfort of an A/Ced SUV. He gave us bottles of water after our climb up to the Buddha. I would highly recommend this tour!

This was such a great way to explore Phuket! We greatly appreciated our tour guide for the time we had with him.

Disappointing. Took nearly an hour to locate our driver who spoke little or no English. We were transferred to another driver whose English was little better and he didn't want to take us where we wanted to go. We had to be very firm and eventually got what we wanted. Lunch by the Ocean. Idyllic!

Our driver Danny came on time. Gave us the options of where we wanted to go and visit and took us there. He basically dropped us off at the venue and then we tour the place on our own so no guiding really but we were ok with it as its only me and my husband and we explored it on our own. We liked that we could choose the places. We wanted to do some shopping before returning to hotel so was dropped off at the big Central Mall which was nice to walk around and we did buy a few items. Was picked up back again on time and we returning to hotel. Good day out.

The tour was okay, but I found the activities to be too commercialized. The tour guide would discourage you from seeing all the places, saying the time was not enough. And then he would direct your attention to paid activities where I think he has a commission from.

This was our first Viator trip in Phuket and we were a bit disappointed that the driver had such poor English. Also that he took us to the cashew nuts and honey places, but they were basically just shops. The highlight of the day 6 hours was going up to see the Big Buddha. That is wonderful. We also went to Botanical gardens and Bird park not the Show , they were interesting but felt a bit neglected and nothing much to write about.

We had a lovely day , 8 hours with our driver who spoke a bit better English than the previous one. I had planned where we wanted to go and he took us to them all. We went to Wat Chalong, beautiful Buddhist temple, then to a sea gypsy market...lots of fish! Then up to Kata hill viewpoint to see the view over 3 beaches, the Tsunami memorial in Kamala this was a bit disappointing, past the horrid Patong area to a beautiful beach restaurant called Catch at Surin, then across the island to go on a long tail boat out to a Pearl farm to see how pearls are produced. Our driver was very pleasant throughout.

Requested a driver who spoke English, and also increased from 4 - 6 persons.
Driver picked us up in small SUV and did not speak any english. Called supplier and waited an hour in Old Town before they sent a replacement driver with a little better understanding of the language.
Still a great tour of the Phuket highlights and ended with swim at the beach.
