Trasferimento all'arrivo dall'aeroporto internazionale di Kuala Lumpur

We arrived at our hotel... but,

the Driver had someone else hold up our sign at the Airport so when I found my name placard we still had to wait around for the actual driver to come get us. Then, they had trouble finding the entrance to our hotel because of the location it was on the street. The driver had the audacity to suggest dropping us off at the corner and have us walk to the hotel. I politely told him no and to drop us off at the hotel. He seemed a bit upset that I declined. I mean really though? Even if I didn't have my gigantic luggage, or my Mom and Aunt with me, I paid for Airport to Hotel, not Airport to block away from hotel. PLUS, I don't know where I am at this point of my visit, I'd really rather not get lost on busy intersection pulling my luggage around.

but like I said, I did get to the hotel..so at least there was that.

Well arranged. We got a pvt cab as there were no guest other guests. Agency guys were waiting right at the arrival hall and could be spot on very easily. Recommend this one for first timers who need some help in arranging the pick ups to KUL hotels.

Pickup was easy and trip was quick. Highly recommended after a long flight!

Had a major misunderstanding on dates for my pick-up at the airport my edited dates didn't end up on the ticket. Viator stayed in touch with me for my stay and offered to honor my unused voucher for the return trip to KL International Airport. Driver was a little early for pick-up great as I was ready, which meant I got to the airport in time to get on an earlier flight home. Car was very spacious and clean. Driver was courteous and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to book this service the next time I am in Kuala Lumpur.

Really great and reliable service. We booked all transfers and excursion tickets through Viator. We find them very reliable service. We used them in different countries and were never disappointed.

It was great to be greeted by a phone call ensuring me someone was waiting for me. A top start when arriving in a foreign country.

There are always challenges when arriving at a new destination airport. I had all my directions and locations for meeting the transfer folks but was hesitant on how the outcome would be. On exit from customs, I proceeded as the directions instructed and was met by two representatives who took me in tow, showed me where the ATM's were and contacted the driver so, on reaching the terminal exit, my ride was waiting. Such a smooth transition - professional, informative and a wonderful way to arrive in Kuala Lumpur!!!
