La prima tappa: il lago di Bled, un lago color smeraldo circondato da maestose montagne. Dopo una breve passeggiata, sali a bordo di un pletna (una barca di legno slovena) e viaggia verso la piccola isola al centro del lago, l'unica isola della Slovenia. Esplora l'isola mentre la guida ti rivela la sua affascinante e bizzarra storia, durante una pausa per scattare foto lungo il tragitto.
Poi, farai un breve viaggio verso la gola di Vintgar, assolutamente da vedere. Questo stupefacente canyon è conosciuto per le sue grandi pareti che si ergono per 100 metri verso il cielo. Nelle vicinanze potrai scoprire Šum, una splendida cascata che scende per 26 metri. Goditi il pranzo per conto tuo (costo aggiuntivo) prima di rientrare a Bohinj, il più grande lago glaciale della Slovenia. Approfitta del tempo libero per noleggiare una canoa (a tue spese) o per nuotare nelle acque cristalline.
Prima che il tour si concluda, sosta presso la città di Škofja Loka, che ha un castello da favola e il più antico ponte dell'Europa centrale. Prenditi un po' di tempo libero per esplorare la pittoresca cittadina e scattare alcune foto mentre il sole inizia a tramontare. Il tour termina con il rientro al punto di partenza.

Mini van arrived on time and was comfortable.Our tour guideNadja was very informative of her country and it's history, this she delivered with a smile and humour. Throughout the day there was no rush to move you on leaving us the time to enjoy our experience which gave us very enjoyable and loving experience of Slovenia.
Amazing trip.
The whole experience was exceptional in every respect. We saw many interesting aspects of the alpine region- gorges, mountains, lakes,castles, old villages, countryside, community living, local farms. We covered a lot in one day. Our local guide was exceptional- friendly, informative, personal and obviously had a passion for his country. All in all a wonderful day in Slovenia. Can thoroughly recommend.

This tour seems a bit unorganized in that we stopped at a village before going to two lakes and a gorge. The village doesn't seem to make sense with the theme of the rest of the trip. I would prefer to have more time at Lake Bled and skip the village the village was nice, but that wasn't my priority for this trip. However, Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj were so fantastic!
Our tour was booked through Viator and it was with roundabout travel in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Our tour guide and driver was Jerry.
It was a great day of viewing beautiful outer areas in the alpine region of Ljubljana. Transport was comfortable clean van which took a group of 8 of us.
The guide Jerry gave us good information about Skofja Loka, Bled, Vingar Gorge, lake bohinjsko. Along with some facts about Slovenia, we had free time to see the small towns.
Much easier to have a local quide you around rather than struggling on public transport or even hiring a car would have been awkward as school holidays currently and a lot of traffic.
Price was good value but there are inclusions that you pay for such as the boat over to the island on lake bled and entrance to the gorge and they not mandatory that you do it but why would you go on a trip and then not see these couple of specular sights.
Tour was Awesome! It was a little cloudy at first, but cleared up as we drove. Loved Vintgar Gorge, driver dropped us off at one end, we walked it seeing Amazing Views, met her at the other end. No Regrets seeing this Gorge. She dropped us in town, while she took others to the castle, as we were not interested in the castle, but picked us back up to take us to Lake Bled for the ride in a pletna. Loved Everything! Only complaint, we went to our designated pick up location 30min prior to scheduled pick up time. Waited and waited until 20min past the scheduled pick up time. The tour bus was late, called the number given on the voucher, but no answer. Emailed the office, no response. Other tour buses was picking up other people, but none were ours. Finally, a packed van pulls up, the driver/guide came and got us. My husband and I had to sit in the front with the driver, but it was OK. I forgot our driver/guide's name, she was Awesome though! I did receive a reply back that our guide was on the way, but we were already picked up
