It is definitely a hassle free way to get from the airport to the hotel after a long journey. The driver could have been more friendly/welcoming but regardless a good idea.

Airport coordinator was excellent. Driver was rude and would not drop us off in front of our hotel. Instead dropped us across the street and we had to cross busy intersection with all our luggage.

Itinerary number: 1129081384 Booking reference BR-729593770 My parents have to wait for hours and no one came. When I called the operator at +61296669988 she didn't even apologize and said that we should've called them for pick up. Then I've asked her where in the procedure is something like that written? Then she couldn't answer. We would like to request for a refund. The next day, I arrived at Sydney (BR-729600180) I didn't have to call anyone and just arrived in Bay 12 and someone is waiting there to pick me up. Please issue a refund this is by far the worst experience we've ever had!
No Instruction given from provider

We booked Airport transfer to Sydney City for group of 4 people, but before and at the time we landed, we did not receive any instruction from provider on how we could catch the shuttle and how to contact driver. Even when we already texted the number provided in itinerary but no response received. Therefore, when we arrived at Sydney Airport, we had to go around and asking for the shuttle transfer pick up location. Besides, we did not know what time they would come to pick us up (even when we booked the shuttle transfer from viator, we already provided flight details). After waiting a while at the pick up stop, we found their hotline to call and ask for more information, the lady from hotline told us to wait a little more and look for the bus with Airbus's logo on it. It took us nearly an hour to wait for the bus. It should be okay for us to wait, but then when the driver arrived, we showed him the e-ticket (in which we did not print out as it already mentioned in the ticket is mobile ticket with barcode), the driver did not accept the barcode from our mobile phone and asked us to pay if we did not have a print ticket. After a while, we logged in again into our viator account and showed the driver "Paid & Confirmation" in the platform, he only let us got on the bus. More on that, the driver's attitude to us is not very friendly, during our pick-up time, there was no smile given to us, as if we were cheating on his fare. It was quite a struggle experience for us when landing in Sydney, especially we are from overseas and it was our first time to Sydney.

While the shuttle was on time, the condition of the inside was very poor and dirty. If I am representing this company I would look very hard at this as it is your reputation and not a good way to show yourself. The van was very loud and also smelled of exhaust as well. The driver however was fine and helpful.

the driver was really nice and the meeting point at the airport was easy to find. much better than public transport and cheaper than a taxi ... simply perfect
Blind overbooked

I couldn't open attachment to see if there were any details to catch the shuttle. The shuttle was over sold and two of my people had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. We were drop off about a half blockjfrpm our hotel. I was not happy.

It was such a pleasure to know that we had someone waiting to take us to our hotel. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend!

Only issue I had was that he put us all in the shuttle and then disappeared for 25 minutes to get coffee It was hot and stuffy
