I believe my tour guides name was Andrea. He was energetic and very knowledgeable about the different processes in balsamic, cheese, and prosciutto. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Andrea.

So good this was our second time! Visiting Bologna with friends we wanted them to experience the same amazing food tour we had gone on a year earlier. Worth it!

This was one of the best trips i took in 2017. I couldn't recommend it more. I was so happy with the tour and Andrea the guide. I was a solo traveler and Andrea made sure to make sure i was happy with the tour too. The stops were great and the lunch was some of the best food i had in Italy.

Massimo hope I got the spelling right our driver was most helpful and nice to us, even telling me a better driving route for my next travel because I had to drive down to the deep countryside of Tuscany right after our tour.

Andrea our tour guide was very knowledgeable with the history, process, fact about all of the tour items. He was very precise about all the dates and the fact numbers which was really informative.

He was very humorous and entertaining as well which kept all of us laughing and wanting hear more from him.
The Parmigiano Reggiano factory and prosciutto was beautiful and most interesting because we got to see entire process and all the details.

The balsamic vinegar tour was guided by a 4th generation local business owner. He too was very informative, interesting in his explanation of balsamic vinegar.

Andrea suggested that my mother and I join in on the Ferrari Museum tour and we had a blast doing the test drive and buying gifts for family and friends at the gift shop.

Lastly, the 6 course pasta late lunch was the most beautiful meal we've had in our Europe travels. The service, facility, both quantity and quality of food as well as the wines was absolutely fabulous. My mother is a food connoisseur and cook, and she thought the meal was fantastic as well.

I recommend this tour, our guide Andrea and driver Massimo to anyone who wants to experience the taste of Bologna, Modena and Ferrari.

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

I highly recommend this tour. Max our guide was knowledgeable, gave amazing tips and information on the food we tasted. I would suggest to future guests to eat a very light breakfast as at each venue you eat local food and drink wine water is available. The six course lunch which is a typical Italian fare is in late afternoon complete the tour. You will be quite full by the end and I honestly say that I did not need to eat that evening!

This trip was the best tour of our visit to Italy! We were picked up on time at the location as described. Massimo and Isabela were great guides. Very pleasant and lots of fun. The Cheese, Ham, and Balsamic Vinegar producers facilities were nice and very authentic. From those places we went to a high volume wine producer to see how modern technology produces wine. This stop included wine tasting. The next stop was to pick up the rest of our group at the Ferrari facilities. This was a bonus, we got a first hand look at the cars racing all around town. The finale was a wonderful 7 course meal with wine. It was a most excellent tour!

Absolutely the highlight of our trip. Max and Mass were a pleasure. Max gave us just enough info. The 3 stops, Parmiggiano, Prosciutto and Balsamic were both educational and tasty experiences. The added bonus was the split with Ferrari and the Winery. We chose the winery and were not disappointed. Although it was not in operation at the time, our guide was informative and generous with the wine sampling. A lovely afternoon. Lunch again was not disappointing! 3 courses of pasta, with seconds available, a meat course, vegetables and dessert and coffee. Lots of wine and water with dinner leading to potential naps on the way back to the hotel. I would highly recommend. We added Bologna to our trip specifically for this tour, but I would recommend adding an extra day or two to enjoy the city and the many restaurants.

This was a brilliant tour, with some incredible tastings, as a solo traveller it was great as I felt really included in the group and our tour guide was so warm and welcoming and had so much local knowledge. The lunch at the end of the tour was delicious and a real taste of the regions food culture!

Our guide was so informative. Each location was interesting. The balsamic vinegar is just very moving, so much tradition. We loved it all and then we got to the meal. Oh my goodness, wear stretch pants. It was 3 hours and 6 courses and just wondeful.
