Tour gastronomico di Copenaghen

Nice way to see Copenhagen, helps you get your bearings of the city, good food stops. Highly recommend taking when you first arrive so you have time to go back an explore on your own.

Maria’s tour took us to several areas of interest in Copenhagen. The food, drink and history of the city was excellent.

4 hours lots of walking on streets we had not yet discovered. Good variety of food and drink. Guide read the group well. Our guide Maria was pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable, it’s hard to know when she is telling you facts you hadn’t heard before. I have since discovered somethings were not true - which in the end makes all facts questionable. Our guide was not happy that HER tour was not our first stop in the city. She recommends you do her tour on your first day in the city. The only overlap for us was the DØP hotdog stand. Loved the craft beer stop!

We wanted to get a local perspective on Copenhagen and sample local cuisine. Our tour guide was informative and friendly and we got to see parts of the city we wouldn’t have on our own in our short visit timeframe.

4 hours. Plenty of food. Nice variety. Way more history than I expected. Very information. Significant walking is required. Well worth the money.

We had Kristina as our tour guide. She's great! I couldn't believe how much food and alcohol came on this tour - a cheese snack plate and a rye biscuit mustard, licorice, caramel, snaps tasting all in Torvehallerne. Then it was off to Aamanns for a tasting of FOUR smorrebrod. There was a walk to beehives by the botanical garden, then a longer walk to Norrebro Bryghus for beer tasting and snacks!. Then we headed back to the area by the Round Tower for a Danish hotdog, then to a traditional candy shop. We ended up back in Torvehallerne for chocolate at Summerbird. So much food! So worth it.

It's intersting. I will recommend everybody to trip in Copenhagen.

i have to start by saying our tour was on a very cold day, but our guide overcame the conditions with her attitude and knowledge. I think a food tour is a great way to get the lay of a city and found out some history in addition to enjoying some great food and getting dining recommendations. Kirstina was great. Her knowledge of the area, history and food traditions was fantastic. I would highly recommend taking this tour early on in your trip in you enjoy food and walking.

Our tour guide was really nice. We expected to go with a group of people and to be more focused on the food rather than the history of where it came from, how it was made and the story of the owners of the venue. If you're really hungry - have a BIG breakfast. It's basically grazing with fish at every turn and mere morsels here and there. Again, lady was lovely and a wealth of knowledge but for true foodies who actually want to eat .....research the best places and take yourself.
