The meeting point was only a 15 mins walk from our hotel which was great but I would suggest finding this out and printing a map. It was very cold as it had been snowing during the night but with all the breaks we had it didn't ruin the tour at all. Our tour guide was Sasa and he was brilliant, very friendly and informative with a good sense of humour. There were only 6 of us on the tour, 8 including Sasa and another member but I can't remember her name (sorry) so it was a lovely small group, it was like hanging out with your mates as we all got along. There is a lot of walking involved but with all the stops and breaks it didn't feel like you was walking for miles on end even though we did walk approx 11km. We had the chance for a hot drink and pastry, then another break on the boat trip, then another break for lunch so we could warm up in between which was lovely. Me and my partner had the beef goulash at lunch and it was beautiful so would highly recommend this dish and the restaurant we went to was a traditional Czech place with great beer! The tour covered all the places we wanted to visit, including Old Town/Xmas market, Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, John Lennon wall and Prague Castle. It also helped us with our bearings on getting around Prague too as it is such a large city. We had a brilliant day out and we would highly recommend anyone doing this tour as we learnt a lot about the history of Prague and some of the old legends too!
