Our chef, Kristina, was terrific. A small class, 4 of us. I'm not a cook but with her directions it turned out terrific. The kitchen was modern, it was all superb!

Really great class. It ended up being just my wife and I so the class was even more enjoyable. The food we made was very good and any and all questions were answered. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone traveling in Verona.

So much fun! The facility was very clean and beautiful, and our instructor was fabulous. Loved it!

We had so much fun cooking with Christina! She was very patient as she taught us new techniques and often made it a point to add familial or historical context to the recipes she was sharing. Wonderful experience!

Cristina was a great teacher and chef. She was friendly and humble but was terrific showing off her culinary skills. It was also interesting listening to her explaining the food history of the region we had no idea that Verona was the birthplace of gnocchi. The class was a little hard to find without Google Maps since it is in a back alleyway off the main drag. Because we made both gnocchi and pasta we were almost uncomfortably full by the end of the class. The recipes we prepared were simple but tasteful traditional gnocchi with cinnamon and butter was our favorite. We made bruschetta, gnocchi, tagliolini, and tiramisu lots of starch!. The class lasted about 3 hours, which gave us plenty of time to wander around exploring Verona afterwards. Money well spent! Veronality evidently also offers bicycle tours of Verona and other classes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our cooking morning in Verona. We were a small group of 6 plus our chef Maria Christine. She was wonderful, very patient and knowledgeable. We created a tiramisu, helped and watched as Maria made a tomato sauce, made our own tagliatelle, and watched as a risotto was made. We also had bruschetta made for us. We were given lots of tips and information about what we were cooking and eating and given a booklet with the recipes in. It had space for our own notes as we went along, a reminder of our morning.
Eating the food together was wonderful and it all tasted so delicious. There was so much pasta that Maria showed us a white tagliatelle recipe as well which was equally delicious. It doesn't matter if you are used to cooking or a novice, this course is such fun and suitable for everyone.So glad I did it and would do it again, maybe be lucky enough to make gnocchi next time.

This class was run by Maria a personal chef and she was very good at explaining in detail what we should do. We made tagliatelle,risotto and tiramisu . We were very lucky in that there were only the two of us in the class so we were able to ask many questions and it was very one on one. Following the class we ate the food we cooked - a good quantity of food.
Having taken pasta making lessons before we ought this class may be very basic but it was not and was very informative and fun.
I would highly recommend this class

This class was superb!! We made the best pasta I had in Italy. The cooking space was great. It was very authentic and the chef gave us excellent tips. If you are after a specific recipe (e.g. Pesto) ask ahead of time and the chef would be happy to add it to her menu.

This cooking class was absolutely amazing! All hands on! Our chef Christina was delightful, informative, helpful, so sweet and fun n gave us lotsa tips! My daughter and I had a ball! I would highly recommend taking this v class when you are in Verona! Yum! Yum!! Fun! Fun! Thanks Christina!!

Christina was an amazing teacher and the food was delicious! The staff was also very helpful as it began to rain very hard at the end of the lesson and I was not prepared with rain gear. They let me stay in the office until the rain ended and offered me a an espresso : For more info regarding the lesson, please see the video I created on YouTube
