Great way to explore the Egyptian Temples

It is a really great way to explore the most iconic temples in Egypt.
I will rate the different services below:
Cruise 7/10 : We got the Jaz Celebrity Cruise.
It’s an average old cruise, with basic needs covered. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable to have a great stay.
The food was good, except for desserts. We think it can improve significantly.
At breakfast, an extr chef for eggs and omelettes should be added as the queue got long and sometimes people couldn’t eat what they wanted just because the cruise is understaffed in that area.
Service in board was fine. Our waiter Ali was outstanding and he did an amazing job helping us in every single detail.
Housekeeping was also very good, and the room was very great after being done.
The bar could improve as waiters do not take your orders and you need to walk to the bar in order to get some drinks. Prices on board are more than reasonable. (Same description applies for the top deck of the boat).
The logistic (9/10) of the company is really great, and timing are being handled correctly, however the day we went to Abu Simbel, the bus was quite small and uncomfortable, which it would be ok for a short trip, but not ok for a long one as we had (4 hs each way).
Our tour guide (7.5/10), Mostafa, was nice and easy going. But we would have appreciated more information in the temples themselves (in the ones where the tour guides were allowed to do so)
Overall a great experience (8/10). Of course there are some things that could be improved, but for the amount of money the tour costs, I wouldn’t complain too much and would highly recommend it.

Nile Cruise trip

Well arrangements and good experience with Imperial Egypt. Our tour guide Mido Mosa gave us clear explanation. Really enjoy Nile sailing cruise with Iberotal Crown Emperor ship
Excelente guide Hady. Poor organization with other cruises to avoid extremely crowded temples

The tour guide Hady was amazing, he did an excellent job and we enjoyed and learned a lot from his guidance. The cruise was clean and the food was excellent. My only complain is the lack of organization with the other cruises, all of us arrive at the same time everywhere and it was a mess to enter to the temples.People fighting in the entrance and squeezing to get in. The cruises should make some changes in the schedules so they arrive at different times and make the tours more enjoyable.
Acceptable for the attractions but not 5-star boat - Basic/Realistic expectations only

The cruise was acceptable for the price (and conditions) but not really 5 star accommodation.
The boat was MS Nile Shams which is ok but quite old and with shabby rooms with no balcony- on the plus side rooms have a good view and a working fridge and staff is nice. Sometimes boats moor themselves to each other and you end up between boats with no view. Also pool table was broken and there pressure sale for pictures taken on board. Entertainment was basic.
The food was ok. The drinks are all paid for at tourist prices and no ice is available. A couple of cocktails we tried were wrongly made.
The schedule is very fast paced with wake up calls at 4, 5 and 8am to pack people into all the bus excursions.
We skipped Abu Simbel as it meant 9 hours on a bus to see one hour of temple. Nevertheless It is a good way to see all major attractions in (very) short time. The attractions are very crowded since all boats follow each other and stop at the same time everywhere. The river lock experience is quite interesting as well as the boat sellers attaching themselves to the main boat.
Our guide Hani was a good guide very helpful and knowledgeable and not too intrusive.
I would do it again but with realistic expectations.

Great way to see the top tourist attractions in Egypt with eat well and live well

We took the cruise Sarah II from Aswan to Luxor for 4 days and 3 nights from January 18-22. It was great! The decoration on the ship was beautiful, and the food was delicious. During the meal, a man stood at the door of the dining room and took good care of everything, very considerate and responsible! There is a bald man at the front desk who answers our questions with a smile every time, which makes people feel like a spring breeze! Our tour guide, Mido, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Everywhere we went, he explained the history of Egypt in detail, and truly realized the greatness of ancient Egypt! We saw many temples, visited Nile river, took a carriage, and took a hot air balloon (own expense). I think this is a great way to see the top tourist attractions in Egypt. I would recommend it to anyone, although the Wi-Fi didn’t work well.

Our tour guide Hidi is a very good tour guide and an honest man. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The part I enjoyed most is that he is so passionate when he did the explanation and even involves us as part of it, which is much easier to remember the

What a disappointment!!!

Using luxury to describe this cruise is like using fine dining to describe McDonald’s! The boat is from the 80s (yes! of the last century!) and it hasn’t been updated ever since. The picture of the boat, the one you see in the description of this cruise, is FAKE!!! No balconies, no nothing, just an ugly old boat. The schedule of the cruise is such that you will be rushed out every morning (4:05am first morning, 5:45am second morning, 8am last morning) to go on tours. This is already not pleasant but it gets much worse when all the other boats (and there are many!) have the same schedule and you find yourself visiting the temples with other MILLION people.
The cruise staff was very friendly and the food was fine. But, other than that, i wished I had done the trip from Aswan to Luxor on a camel with a broken leg than on this boat!
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this cruise to anyone!!!

Very nice cabins, friendly crew and good food. And, of course, wonderful sights every day! I would recommend it to anyone, although the wifi didn’t work. Minor detail.
