Excellent from start to finish. Guide was lovely and spoke excellent English. Fascinating tour of the market and the garden to pick some of the ingredients. Easy to follow instructions from the chef to make some delicious dishes. Transfer to and from the class was very good. Excellent day out.

This was a great and fun experience cooking genuine healthy Vietnamese food. The location its out of town on a quiet small family farm. The chef was entertaining, helpful, patient and knowledgable. You prepared more food than you could realistically eat. Worth every dollar.
For me this was one of the best things since sliced bread. Anyone at all interested in Vietnamese cooking should go. Well run, lovely people and you get to eat all that you have cooked, and believe me, it was gorgeous. Bucket list, plus loads of on line recipes.
excellent. We toured the local market and then picked produce at their own organic farm. Then we cooked the food. the chef had great recipes and also taught us how to properly balance the flavors. i would suggest booking the tunnels the same day because they are close to each other and a long drive from the city.
