Having booked these tickets meant we didn't have to queue which was handy. An enjoyable day out with rides and some amazing animals including pandas and golden monkeys! I have visited Ocean Park numerous times and did feel like it has become over commercialise and very much aimed at the Japanese which is a shame. It was good fun even in the rain a typhoon warning went up that morning but most things were unaffected.
Nice to have the tickets ahead of time. Took the MTR train to the park. The stop is about 100 yards from the entrance. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before the park opened and there was already a line. This park is HUGE with 4 areas separated by tramways, escalators and paths. It is a bit confusing so pick up the free map available just outside the main gate. The lower area has the aquarium but there are animal the panda enclosure is the best and sealife attractions in all the areas. If you want to ride the cable car this is a must do then take the Polar Express train first thing up to the peak and ride the cable car down. This way you will avoid the crowds and the wait. Plenty of restrooms available and bottled water is sold all over. Food was marginal but we did not eat at a sit-down restaurant. This is an all-day attraction. If you are taking the train and want to avoid the crowds you will need to leave before the park closes or wait for a while after closing. This worth seeing.
