The driver that was suppose to pick me up was rude and hostile. He kept trying to intimidate me and was making it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to be there. To his JOB. When I told him my friend was coming from a different terminal, he became unhinged. Started getting in my face. I was NOT getting into car with this hostile man, I felt 100% unsafe. I sent him away and he called me an idiot. DO NOT use this service.

Upon arrival at the airport in London, no one was there to greet us. After contacting your main office, the dispatcher sent out a distress call to a subcontractor who, after more than one hour of delay, finally arrived to pick us up.
