With that said, we would like to profusely apologize for your dissatisfaction with your recent experience while utilizing our services.
We do regret to learn that the regular line was processed in a more timely manner than that of our line. As we work closely with Jamaica’s border control agencies, we will certainly be discussing the delays experienced. With that said, we sincerely apologize for your experience and any inconveniences suffered as a result.
Please allow us also to clarify, Our Departure Service, unlike arrival, is not fully escorted as we want clients to take their time to shop, etc. before heading to our lounges.
We are truly disheartened learning that your recent experience with us was not pleasurable and we would like to assure you that what you have described is in no way common practice and does reflect the service we strive to offer.
