I had an arrival transfer booked. I wasn’t greeted by anyone upon arrival to baggage claim. I looked and asked around and waited for 15 minutes. I had to call the customer service phone # twice to figure out where I should go to find the Greeter. However, I thought I had paid for meet and greet service. I did see all other arrival transfer companies waiting for their clients at baggage claim but I was told to go outside to locate the shuttle by the customer service person. As I was walking outside I ran into the Greeter in the green shirt. She said my name and said that the shuttle driver in the VIP shuttle was looking for me. That’s interesting, shouldn’t she have been looking for me???
Not the kind of welcome I expected in Hawaii.
Met at Baggage Claim by VIP representative with our name on placard. Claimed our luggage off airline baggage belt. VIP representative loaded baggage on his cart and was told we had to wait for another group of 4. After a short delay, the other party joined in and VIP representative instructed us to follow him to loading area. This is the part I was not satisfied with. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for a van to come. Booking througe Viator in the past, I have never had to wait for transportation. The van driver was courteous and informative.
