My family was a group of 11. We were all very excited & looking forward to this expirience. Sadly the bus never came to pick us from the hotel lobby, waited over an hour. Worst of all no one was able to get a hold of the local contacts including Viator customer service rep tried calling them. We just had to give up after several attempts. 4 days later, the local contact in DR has not replied to my text or return my calls.
Sir we as a company give a schedule. When we communicate with the client we give them a schedule if they are not in the lobby at the agreed time we give them 5 minutes of not being there, we have to leave since there are more customers that we have to pick up. and in your case we wait more than 10 minutes and you did not arrive. We do not have a bus for each client but the bus has different routes so that each hotel has a schedule
Worse trip I’ve ever booked. Purposely built terrible road full of rocks and holes and took us over them not just once but twice! Stopped at shack in woods for sales pitch of coffee and cocoa. Ugh! Don’t do it!
