This was an okay tour, I didnt really care for the fact that you rode the same route to and from. It was very long, and our guide spoke pretty good English, but really didnt have a lot to say. The ride was a bit tough for the bikes provided. Lunch was all right, but really limited and not what I would call great Italian food. Overall this felt like a ride you could take on your own, with google maps with a rented bike. It is a very long tour, and listed catacombs, but you do not get to see. Appian way is nice, but I found it hard to enjoy on a bike, very large cobblestone streets, or riding on trails, and once again not on mountain bike. Aqueducts were nice to see, but such a long ride to get to. The park portion was nice, but honestly could have been anywhere. I dont feel like I saw the best parts of italy, and with limited time in Rome I would have preferred to see everything this tour had to offer in 1-2 house by car or bus.
