Our experience of making cannolis with Giavonni was “molto bonisimo!” Not only did we learn how to prepare a great dessert, but we had a wonderful time talking and joking together with Giavonni. SO MEMORABLE!!
It was incredible to learn how to cook a dessert I have been eating my entire life! We got the make and then eat those cannolis. Our chef Giovanni was fun and helpful! After the class he emailed us the recipe. All ages were in the class too and you didn't need any cooking experience. It was really fun a great learning experience.
Loved this class, and it was just myself and my husband which was really good. Wayyy too many cannolis to eat for two people but it's cannoli heaven. Fabulous way to learn how to make the shells, such an important part of the process. Two fillings are also taught which is great. We also went back to Porta Messina Restaurant for lunch and had one of the best meals we had in Taormina so definitely recommend that too.
