LEGOland was really good but took so long too get there especially threw customs took 2hrs to get there and 2 hours to get home so by the time we arrived it only left us from 12.30-5 pm so not really enough time to enjoy the theme parks
Excellent trip, all turned out to be as promised, on time and with assistance to cross the border.
No one was left behind - head count was done at every step. The park was worth going to,
although it is a bit smaller than others we saw. Miniland is definitely a must see - unique showing
Fun day out! Customs is very time consuming though! Especially with traffic returning to Singapore. I don't have any children with me but I'm sure they would love it as much as I did! One day is fine to explore all worlds.
The ticket included only the theme park entrance however once we got there we upgraded to full pass to access the water park. That was a good choice, the water park was truly amazing. Overall the park was not very busy so we had time to experience almost all attractions in both water and theme parks.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, food (we had lunch in the water park area) was decent.
The less pleasant experience is related to the transport.
Although the pick-up time from the hotel was 8.00am, we only left for the park at 9.00am and eventually reached Legoland at 11.00am. The traffic on the way back was a nightmare. We were stuck on the bridge for 1h30 and the queue in the Sg customs was enormous. We left Legoland at 5.15 and entered Sg 3h later. The worst part was when we realized (after clearing the customs procedure) that the bus (operated by WTS travel) had left without any notice and we had to find our way back by ourselves. I still wonder if the guide actually counted how many people were on the bus and if anyone was left behind. Anyway, this was unacceptable and we requested a refund.
Thank you for your review of Legoland Park. We are grateful that you had enjoyed your day at Legoland and despite the missing transport home, you had given a fair review on your experience.
We are sorry to know that you have missed out on the transport back to the city after clearing immigration. There is no guide for the return journey, the driver is responsible to take everybody back to the drop off point at Singapore Flyer. Driver reported that the coach waited from about 1910 - 2010 for all to clear immigration but there were 3 paxs missing. Coach with 19 pax waited till 2040hrs and they had to leave then.
As the transfer is part of the overall tour, the transport supplier is unable to accord a refund. Our sincere apologies and thank you.
Such an awesome please for those LEGO lovers! My husband loves LEGO and was totally geeking out. I’m not the biggest fan of LEGO but I still throughly enjoyed myself and our 11 year old son loved it too! I suggest going mid week, there were barely anyone there so the longest we waited without an express pass was 5 mins max for rides. Customs was a breeze at both ends from Singapore pretty much empty and not too much waiting time since we were on a bus.
Need to add more exciting rides , attractions are dated , all looks spectacular in pictures but not in actual ,good only for kids who havent been to Disneyland, Legoland needs to step up . Transportation is pretty good always on time but the traffic is so bad . Immigration in SG from Malaysia took our group 3 hrs to finish. Surprisingly Malaysian immigration is fast .
Great day out - collected at the hotel, transported to Malaysia in good time, the day was full to say the least. Plenty to see and do, the rides were well spread out and age appropriate, the Lego displays were incredible and the new STEM opportunities made for some educational fun as well.
