Il biglietto acquistato on Line con VIATOR, non è stato accettato dallo zoo perché secondo loro mancava di una parte della mail, che naturalmente non avendo con me. Sono stato quindi costretto a ripagarlo di nuovo con mia profonda delusione. Lo ZOO con i numeri di prenotazione non è stato in grado di recuperare niente. Per quanto riguarda lo ZOO ... l’ho trovato molto peggiorato rispetto a due anni fa, con molte attrazioni chiuse e molti meno animali.
The Singapore Zoo was good to see, but I expected more - a positive was the free ranging orangatans however we only seen one with a zoo keeper. We had ALOT of trouble entering the zoo as viator did not provide us with a collection note that was required to scan at the zoo to actually get our tickets. I printed off the voucher that was sent to me via email, however the zoo requested a collection note. They declined our entry and said contact your travel agent. We called viator via personal international mobile phone as Singapore zoo couldnt make international calls on 3 occasions. They re-sent us the voucher we already had, phoned again and they argued with the zoo staff. Waited 30 minutes as viator was meant to call back once sourced our collection note, no phone call, so we phoned back again as this time a lady was able to help and sent us the collection note, which the zoo printed out for us. Overall, we spent over 2 hours trying to get into the zoo, the staff were unhelpful and left it up to us to contact viator. Point is, make sure you have a collection note prior to going to the zoo from whatever agency you book through.
