I made an error when booking the tour by entering thr wrong date. The error wasn't discovered until the date of the tour. At the point of discovery I was in Cains (not Sydney) and was unable to contact the tour provider. When I arrived in Sydney I made several attempts to discuss the problem with the tour provider but they absolutely refused to discuss or resolve my problem. I am very disappointed with this stance. While I realize that I don't have much recourse, I don't think that it is fair.
