This is the WORST shuttle service. After arriving in Sydney in January 2017 from Melbourne where I work as a Travel Consultant, my partner and I headed over to the shuttle bays only to wait for over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. When the shuttle arrived there was no apology as the driver put our luggage in the trailer. We showed him our booking which was on my phone as it said it accepted e-vouches to which he went to decline as e-vouches are apparently difficult to process. He continued to say that normally he would refuse our entry and make us pay again but he was feeling 'generous' that day and let us on anyway. He then drove like a maniac, i thought we were going to crash.
After dropping everyone off in front of their hotels there were us and another couple left. The driver pulled over out the front of the other couples hotel, which was in the same street as ours, the driver also told us to get out and walk the rest of the way because our hotel was 'just over there', which was actually 5 blocks away.
He drove past us as we were walking to our hotel.
The worst service I have ever experienced and I will never be recommending this shuttle to any of my clients.
The driver was not very gracious. In order to avoid having to go around the block, he dropped us off around the corner from the hotel so we had to struggle through crowds of people with our bags to get to our hotel. We managed pretty well but an elderly couple on the van had a rough time. Not what we needed after a 21 hour flight.
Van showed up almost 45 minutes late! Had to call a few times, and was always told it would be XX minutes, which was always not correct. Don't remember the actual name of the shuttle service, but even the airport personnel who work at the shuttle area, including other drivers didn't have a lot of good things to say about this one.
We used this service from the airport and back to the airport for our departure. It was difficult to find coming out of the international terminal, but a quick call to the office fixed that. The driver from the airport was shady and making cash deals with an airport employee. The driver also made a comment about how much cash a fellow passenger was carrying which made everyone uncomfortable and was totally inappropriate.
The driver on the way back was on time and very professional.
I gave them 5 stars, because I called the office about our 1st driver and they were very receptive of what I had to say and told me that behavior like that did not represent their company. They ask me to put a detail account in an email to them. Since they seemed to my complaints seriously, I can not fault them for a corrupt driver.
