オーロラが現れるのを待たなければならない場合もありますが、一晩中オーロラを楽しめるときもあります。オーロラの出現を待っている間や観測中は、ガイドからオーロラについての科学的な説明をお聞きください。

- 限られたトイレ設備に備えてください。ドライブ中にガソリンスタンドが立ち寄りますが、キャンプ自体は野生の北極の自然の中にあり、唯一のトイレは森の中にあります（事前に構築された設備はありません）.
- 最小数が適用されます。 1回の催行人数が4名に満たない場合は、確認後中止の可能性があります。これが発生した場合、代替または全額返金が提供されます

ツアー/アクティビティの24時間前までにキャンセルした場合は、全額返金されます。
- 全額返金は、ツアー/アクティビティ開始時間の24時間前までにキャンセルされた場合が対象です。
- ツアー/アクティビティ開始時間より24時間以内にキャンセルされた場合、お支払い済みの金額は返金されません。
- ツアーやアクティビティの開始まで24時間以内の変更は受け付けられません。

タイトルの「オーロラハント」を理解しているが、狩りも追跡もしなかったので非常に失望した-ツアーガイドは、座って、オーロラの活動を待って写真を撮った場所に私たちをセットアップした他のグループに加わった人は、私たちと同じ夜に多くの目撃をしました。別のツアー会社と別の夜を過ごしたので、私も比較することができ、ガイドが連れて行ってくれた多くの場所で非常に多くのライトが踊っているのを見て、本当に良い経験をしました。私はビアターを信頼しました。以前はドイツで以前のアクティビティを予約した場所でしたが、このためにトロムソでは本当にお勧めしません-時間、労力、お金の無駄遣いです

Firstly, thank you for taking a moment to leave feedback. We appreciate all feedback and it is valuable to our team. We have tried to reach out to you via email however our attempts thus far have not been successful. We'd love if you would get in touch with us because the rating you have given is extremely severe compared with the comments left, hence we'd love to understand what your expectation was.
Each night is completely different, sometimes we need to drive up to 3 hrs to find gaps in the clouds, other nights we stop in many places, as the clouds shift or close over. On the evening of your Aurora Hunt we, along with other operators in Tromso, went to one location and had to wait until the time that the gap in the clouds were predicted - and luckily for us that the predictions were correct, the clouds parted and you saw Northern Lights!
Of course, the following night the cloud coverage would be moving differently hence why you had such different experiences with the other operator that you have mentioned.
Please note that the Aurora Borealis activity is about 80km high up in the sky, if there is any Aurora action and gaps in the clouds, you will see it the same in the entire region, regardless of the tour operator.

Ellie was a great tour guide and we had a good experience despite only vaguely seeing the northern lights due to cloudy conditions. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Lights, campfire and soup!

The setting was beautiful and secluded from other groups. It was a perfect spot to await the lights. The fire and camping chairs made it a great way to have conversations with other travelers. The soup was delicious and very filling. The guide was very knowledge about the lights and photography. The lights were weak the night we went, but the guides found some spots on the way back to stop and see them as they got stronger. We even saw a mother moose and her yearling. It was a great trip.

Citizen Science tour was fantastic. Our tour guide, Bart, was incredibly knowledgeable and committed to delivering the best experience possible. Bart had researched the conditions for the night and brought us to an initial viewing spot where we saw some great aurora borealis. But then he suggest led a different spot where the display was truly magical - the night sky came alive and danced. Thank you so much.

Our tour with with Coen was amazing! We lucked out and had the chance to watch the norterrn lights several times which culminated in a fantastic show at midnight where the lights were very active!
Coen did a great job keeping everyone engaged and helping to take photos.
Make sure you dress warm and bring hand warmers as it gets very cold even with the Thermal Suits and boots!
