My husband and I took Lily's class to learn more about Mexican authentic cuisine. We own a cooking school and we like to take classes everywhere we travel.
This was an amazing experience. The chef was very knowledgeable about all the subjects to do with the foods we were about explore. We started with a delicious soup called "Sopa de Milpa" followed with Tacos, Quesadillas made with tortillas from scratch. The salsa for the tacos was so flavorful since we roasted al the ingredients in a hot comal. I'm so happy to bring all these tricks and secrets of an authentic Mexican cuisine to all our students back home.
