I really like doing food tours and classes wherever i go. I have done many wine classes with wine sommeliers but I had never heard of a cheese sommelier so I had to check out this class. I am really glad I did. We covered everything from figuring out how to estimate a cheese age and type and plating to what wines and other goodies complement the cheese. I really enjoyed myself and I was was so stuffed after the tasting I had to take home my cheese pies for a next day snack. I highly recommend doing this course if you like learning new things about foods.
