Amazing experience!

A nice and well-organized tour. Because we visited in winter, they provided rain jacket, socks, hand gloves, and beanie for the participants. You need to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a walk. Saw few wombats, but unfortunately we couldn't see the peak due to heavy fog.

Refer to our BR700580258-R6D4AQN We only know that we were unable to go to Cradle Mountain on the day of the tour (29th May 2019 morning). As a reputable online TAS Tour Agency, you should inform us in advance and offer an option to us, rather then pushing us to other places of interest which are not our preferred choice. You are "fooling and cheating" the customers. As explained to the staff, Mr Lachlan of Visitor Information Centre, Northern Tasmania, that visiting Cradle Mountain is the main itinerary for the visitors coming to Tasmania. He confirmed that he had brought the issue and email to the tour operation manager on 30th May 2019 and he said the manager will contact us within 24hrs. If your company refuses to address our concerns and issues, then, no choice, we will file the report to the TAS tourism higher authority and also share our bad experience pertaining to our booking on the FACEBOOK and other social media.

Great tour for visitors in Launceston. Cradle mountain is a must visit place in TAS. We walked along the whole Dove Lake once and took many photos with Cradle Mountain.

I had a wonderful day up the mountain! Our guide from Tours Tasmania was knowledgeable and funny, and put a lot of effort into making sure we knew what was happening, taught us words in the local Indigenous tongue and all round was great! They also had spare beanies and rain jackets so we'd be prepared on the mountain. The mountain itself is wonderful. Absolutely recommend going, and climbing to Marion's Lookout if you're reasonably fit. One section was very steep and had a chain to assist you up the rocks. It was a little overcast at the top but still beautiful, the whole route was gorgeous. Also we saw Wombats. If you're quick do the lookout and the lake, but even just the walk around the lake was beautiful. NB: you need to pack your own lunch, but we also stopped at a cafe to pre-purchase before going up the mountain.

Visiting Cradle Mountain is a must when you are in Tasmania. We were contacted by the company prior to the tour to confirm the pick up location and time. We received a reminder the day before. The pick up was smooth and on time. The day trip was a great experience, although you need to be quite fit for this tour. My son and I were able to complete the harder track but it was a challenge for us. We were very fortunate to have a great weather on the day. The trip to Cradle Mountain was smooth and the driver/ tour guide was very experience. He did the tracks with us, which would be comforting for newbies. The time given to us in Cradle Mountain was sufficient for us to complete all the 3 tracks. We would highly recommend this trip.

A nice trip and experience! Our tour guide filled us in with valuable knowledge of Australian wildlife. Wonderful scenery and wildlife was great, close to many plants and animals. The Dove Lake circuit will be lots of glittery views to catch your eye, so you may take 3 hours or more. Highly recommended.

We are happy because our guide Rod was so helpful to lead us up the mountain. The views from the higher planes were gorgeous. We also enjoyed the company of our cheerful team mates who inspired us to persevere on with the climb.

My visit to Cradle Mountain was very scenic and beautiful. Our tour guide from Tasmanian tours was very informative and gave us very clear directions and even provided us with extra coats and beanies. It was a beautiful sight to see the mountain as we could not get up to it only experienced mountaineers could navigate the rugged terrain. The Dove lake was serene and calm and very picturesque. I tool lots of pics and did a small walk due to health reasons. There were walks for two hours, three hours and even six hours around the lake. It is always best to have a walking stick that trekkers use. especially for people of my age group. It can be very risky and one must be very careful and follow strict instructions from the guides. We had several toilet stops, we also visited Sheffield the town of murals and witnessed some of the artists painting as there was a competition on that weekend. We also visited the cheese factory and savoured the many kinds of cheese on the way back. The weather was great not too hot or too cold. I enjoyed my day.
