Leo was an excellent driver! He arrived on time, was polite and respectful, was a safe driver, and helpful. We carried our luggage from the airport to his vehicle then into the hotel when we arrived there. During the trip from the airport to the hotel, we was helpful in answering our questions about things to do in Edinburgh and in Scotland. We hope that we get Leo on our next trip....or his clone!

Our flight was delayed from Dublin, yet the driver was still waiting for us at the expected pick up point which was great. We also had to make a slight adjustment to our drop off point and the driver was very accommodating to us. Great experience!

I have been using Viator for quite some time now and never had any issues. Well there is always one. I am hoping that Viator returns my money on this one. I had a flight landing in EDI at 9:30am. The flight was an hour early, then we taxied for about 30 minutes to the gate because it wasn't ready. It took about another 45 minutes to get through customs. When we arrived at the reception hall our driver had left because they only wait an hour after the plane lands. I had requested that they be there at 9:45 anyway in an email to them directly. But they go by the landing of the flight time then wait an hour then leave. I feel that this is not a great policy. After a 7 hour international flight I think they should have waited or come back. When I called the company to find out where the driver was I was cut off and told that their policy is 1 hour from landing, and if I wanted to get another ride it would cost me more money. So UBER wins on this one. No wonder UBER is taking over. If this is the case for these companies then UBER will get my money from now on.

After many hours flying from Las Vegas, Nevada to Edinburgh with a bit of delay, it was a relief to have someone waiting to take us to our hotel. We didn't have to worry about trying to navigate transport while jet-lagged. I highly recommend it!

Driver was friendly, punctual and helpful. Clean and comfortable car with plenty of room for all our luggage. Happy to recommend.

We had to call the agence because he was not waiting for us with à sign when we arrives but after having find him everything has been VERY WELL, good and smart driver

We waited at the airport for over 1 hour for our driver- he had been sent to the wrong terminal- we made multiple phone calls to the agency- which was a London phone - on hold for quite a length of time- they never called us back to update us on where our driver was located- it was a terrible experience- I would NEVER recommend this company!!
