Driver was on time and courteous. Got us to the train station in plenty of time to catch our train.

Our driver was on time and got us to the train station in no time at all. Trains don’t board like planes so you won’t know your platform until 15 mins prior to leaving so don’t rush to get to the station if you already have your tickets. Restroom breaks are 1 euro so be prepared.

Our driver was not helpful at all. He dumped my elderly mother and I off at the curb with bags and no direction on where to go at huge Rome train station. Compared to all other divers, he was not good.

The driver was prompt, courteous and the car looked brand new. The service was equivalent to getting an upscale taxi at the hotel to the train station. Confirming the time for pick up was the only challenge because we did not speak Italian and we needed the hotel to contact him for us to make the departure arrangements.
