Thank you for your time to write this review. we are very surprised to see this review as it is very low star. we have interrogated our driver about this issue, and he said he has done the tour as per our company standard. The explanation from our driver: he is just trying his best to communicate properly with you, there is no mean to over friendly to any specific person. he is just trying to make every customer feel comfortable. until you tip him and ask him to join you for a couple of drink at your villa which was denied properly as he has stomach problem. We believe there was a misunderstanding between you and our driver. we believe our driver will not risk his career by taking advantage to our customers. moreover, he has just started working after the long pandemic stopped him from earning revenue.
we are very sorry for this inconvenience happened and hope we can improve our service day by day from the experience.
