It depends on what you expect. I expected cool boat party and it was not the case but it also depends on people aboard. In my case were mostly old people so no fun. I had only 2 hours on the island, this is not enough. Transfer back to hotel was organized terribly, I was waiting together with another guy for about 40min after the trip to get shuttle. In the end driver decided to pick up someone else as well and we were waiting somewhere for 20min. I just told him that I can't wait anymore and just take a taxi instead. So baisally transfer was not provided from my point of view.
The boat trip itself was nice and what we anticipated. The reef where we snorkeled was very small and there's not a lot to see and a lot of boats and snorkelers in the water but to be expected on such a large boat. Our complaint was booking through Viator for our transportation. As of the day before our trip we still had no info on pick up and I had to contact Viator who then had to contact the company so when we knew a pick up time. After the trip - - everyone left and we had no transportation. The boat company had to call and then the tour group Amigo Tours dispatched a vehicle so we ended up waiting about 45 minutes after the cruise. Not sure who else everyone else used but their vehicles were all waiting for them.
The Catamaran was awesome and so was the crew, very entertaining, and really made sure we had a great time. The day was well organized, the snorkeling was fun, but a bit limited. The sail there and back was great., The island was fabulous, great beach, loved the golf cart adventure, prices a bit high on the main strip. The only downer was our ride back to the hotel for the group did not arrive so we waited 30 minutes then took the bus back to the resort.
