Leo was amazing!!! He took care of us and very helpful! Now the cruise ride was amazing and fun. We couldn't snorkel due to the weather, was told that when we arrived. Now I paid for the all-inclusive which after the go-carting tour I would have passed it was boring and the cart was only going 2 miles an hour. The tour left us because everyone else cart was fast very dangerous Oh and reading it you would think you would get a cart by yourself NOPE if you wanted to you had to give the tour man also a cruise member on the boat 20 which he pocketed it for himself. He's the same one who said stay close due the the police which he left us.When you arrive at the sightseeing spot you have to pay 1.00 to use the bathroom and more to sight-see higher up. All a scram for that go-carting. Besides that the food and drinks was AMAZING! Leo and the rest of the staff was wonderful!!
The staff was so sweet! The first floor was where the music was along with the open bar, and the top two floors were just relaxation areas. The stop to go snorkeling and swimming could've lasted longer in my opinion! I loved being in the crystal clear water. The lunch served was delicious, but the breakfast was just a small assortment of pastries. La Isla Mujeres was GORGEOUS! I also wish we had more time here as there was a lot to do on the island, between eating, shopping, and seeing sights. If I go back to Cancun, I will definitely be going on this cruise again.
Great day out. Incredibly well-organised and friendly, helpful staff both at the dockside and on-board. Drinks plentiful and good fresh food for breakfast snacks and then a full lunch. Really enjoyed it all snorkelling and the golf-buggy tour on Isla Mujeres. A good range of people too of all ages, boy/girl groups and couples. If you want a quiet sailing back to Cancun there's no pressure to join in the dancing going on downstairs. Just stay on the upper deck no problem. Highly recommended!
Best time EVER! My mom and I went on this trip and had a blast. The guys work their tails off to make sure everyone is having a blast. If you don't like to have fun, do not go. The food is delicious and the guys working do everything to make you laugh.
Can't wait to go back and do this again. Great times all around. Thanks for the memories.
Really fun time. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure you are willing to participate in the dancing activity though, otherwise I don't think that part will be much fun.
Positives: The crew rock! Special shout out to Arturo, Juan, Roberto, Ricky and Sharky You guys made the whole thing worth it. Isla Mujares was great, boat was great, food and drinks delish!
Negatives: We didn't get to do any of the water activities because of crazy weather. Not the tours fault of course but I would have liked that info before I arrived for the day as then I wouldn't have to pack my snorkel gear with me all day for nothing. Other than that, so much fun!
