Do not use this service. Stick with a regular taxi. A standard fee of 50 Euros is charged to get into Paris.
This service was a total fiasco, there was no communication as to where the shuttle would be to pick passengers up. There was a woman wearing a Paris Shuttle logo jacket with a phone and a clipboard but she said she had no authority to confirm who was on a passenger list or not. After an agonizingly long wait with no answer on the customer service line, no way to leave a message, we finally
got through to the office who confirmed we were on a list but could not tell us when our ride would arrive. Several other people who had paid for their rides in advance and had confirmation numbers and documents were all left wandering around without any indication of where to go or when they might get their rides. The office told them we will give you a full refund which was not helpful when you're stranded at the airport. When we finally discovered a driver with a van, he told the 7 passengers that were there, that they were not on his passenger manifest and he could not take them into Paris. After vehement protests and many calls to the office, he allowed the waiting passengers into his van and took us to our destinations in Paris.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME. You should discontinue until you can get organized and be lore communicative.
We had to board the shuttle at 6am as being the furthest away we were the 1st pick up. It meant for little sleep the night before as we were concerned about missing our shuttle or having problems like on arrival. However, driver was right on time, very helpful with cases and very professional, polite and courteous. He had some issues with two of the addresses and this cost time and added to the journey to the airport. It did not affect us in time for check in etc.... as the shuttle allows for this. Most of our time was lost by one passenger who never showed and never responded to calls.... ultimately about 40 minutes later we learned someone else friend had taken them to the airport. The driver did everything in his power to resolve this situation without leaving a passenger stranded.... it was the passengers rudenss in not conveying the ride was no longer needed that impacted us all. I think this needs to be considered when booking a shared ride. Defintely cheaper and better than looking for trains or buses but there can be obstacles and so some patience may be required. Again, I think such things happen at times, just happened to be our trip and this likely not the norm so I would feel confident in trying this service again But I would try the phone number and contact information before leaving home to ensure it is correct and you do not lose time stranded at an airport trying to sort your ride out like we had on arrival.
My flight arrived on time 17.15, I was collected by my driver two hours later 19.05 and dropped at my accommodation Gare St-Lazare metro area on 21.10. So, it took 4 hours to get from the airport to the centre of Paris. It was also a bit difficult to contact the shuttle company I must have called 10 times to get through to the operator. I found the whole experience exhausting. Book at your own risk!
