Our guide was Petra. Very friendly and a wealth of information. The food we tasted was excellent and gave us an insight into Czech culture. Definitely worth the time to experience..wil be doing more food tours in the future.
My boyfriend and I spent the day with Neil for this amazing tour! He walked us all over Prague and had extensive knowledge of the city and it’s history. All the food we sampled was incredible and Neil was very accommodating to a couple that were vegetarian. Making sure they didn’t feel left out!I’d recommend going on an empty stomach, there’s lots to try :)We both liked the fact that there’s only a few people on the tour so you get a really lovely personal experience. Beer/wine/lemonade is included throughout the tour so what’s not to like?Just make sure you wrap up warm and have comfy shoes on! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Neil!
What a lovely day. How can you go wrong with Eating good food and learning about one of the most beautiful places in the world. Our tour guide Michael was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this to anyone that loves to walk, chat, learn and EAT.
This was one of the greatest tours I’ve done. I was alone on this trip and i met some really great people. The leader was awesome, smart, engaging and told us things we never knew. I was definitely educated on the history of the Czech Republic. The food was equally awesome. I enjoyed every single thing we ate. Lovely time!
WARNING: Don't eat before this tour. A lot of great food to taste on this tour. We sample a wide range of excellent and amazing food, while learning about the Prague. But you must come on an empty stomach, so you can try everything. Highly recommend!
Had variety of tasting and our guide also gave us nice tidbits on Prague as well as Czech history especially during Communist era. She walked at a nice pace and pointed out various bars/restaurants throughout the tour that she recommended we try based on our personal preferences. She started us out in a gingerbread shop/bakery tried 3 different cookies --open face sandwich shop Sisters and tried 3 different sandwiches--Butcher shop 4 different meats and gherkins--Henry's Tower for soup --Spejle which is a skewer bistro/bar get choice of beer or lemonade as well--Cafe Louvre where we had beef w/ dumpling and finished it off with strudel choice of beer, wine, sodas, tea's etc. Water was provided at all stops as well. Really appreciated she took us through various alleyways and shopping centers that we utilized the remainder of our Prague trip we likely wouldn't have discovered.
We truly enjoy the tour, and it's definitely the highlight of our short stay in Prague. Our guide, Neil, is the best you could ask for. He's very friendly, passionate about the food, familiar with the culture and very funny. He checks on everybody in the group and makes sure of a warm atmosphere. We finished the tour with a happy belly and better understanding of the country and Czech people. Every ingredient of this tour is spot-on!
It was a very enjoyable afternoon. The food was superb and our guide, Neil was entertaining and informative. And as advised, eat an early breakfast and don’t expect to want any dinner.Glad we did this highly recommended activity.
