Pese a ser un bono de trasfer prepagado de trasfer ida y vuelta del aeropuerto al hotel ivera cataratas en puerto iguazu, para los dias 1 y 5/12 respectivamente, fui abandonado en el aeropuerto. La empresa designada por Viator, Gray Line Argentina SA, a la cual comunique por telefono el dia anterior mi viaje y lugar de destino, no se presento. No solo eso,el numero de emergencia que figura en el bono es una burla total, Durante ese dia y al dia siguiente llame en reiteradas ocasiones sin que nadie atendiese. Finalmente me comunique a las oficinas de buenos aires el 4/12 en queja por lo sucedido y el maltrato verbal del empleado que me atendio fue de no creer, en todo momento me interrumpio impidiendome expresarme en mi justificada queja. Por lo cual hice efectiva denuncia policial por estafa al cliente, y ministerial de turismo para su intervencion en lo que corresponda, He enviado mail a VIATOR para que se devuelva el importe cobrado por tarjeta de credito. Aun aguardo respuesta

We booked two trips and a transfer in Iguazu. Viator succeeded in messing them up completely all three of them. First of all the organisation Cuenca that carried out our bookings of course in the name of and under responsibility of Viator did not know exactly which trips we had booked and what time we were to be transfered to the airport again. After a lot of calls they should know but they showed up much to late. So the husband of the hotelmanager was so friendly to take us to the airport with his own car. When we arrived we had less than 45 minutes to check in. So all together a very nasty experience with Viator and his subcontractor Cuenca. When looking for a decent email adddress to complain, we could not find an email address and Viator hides after a complex of F.A.Q.

Perfect. Driver was waiting for me with a sign at the airport and the pickup transfer was right on time. Just remember to send the local operator your flight details a few days ahead of time so they can reconfirm.

Transfers were waiting for us and prompt for return pick up - no problems at all. Airport is a long way out and if arriving at night this is the best option.

Ce n'était pas un transfert mais une vente de tours dans le van qui devait nous déposer à l'hotel. Nous avons mis plus d'1heure 30 au lieu de 30 mn car le chauffeur ne se contente pas de déposer les clients dans sur hôtel mais en profite pour proposer ses tours aux clients du van et lors de leur arrivée à l'hotel descend avec eux pour leur vendre la prestation. 15 minutes à chaque arrêt à attendre qu'il ait fini. Soit 3 à 4 arrêts au total à attendre dans le van puisque nous étions les derniers à ENFIN descendre. Plus d'une heure ! Une honte. Très mécontents. Si nous avions pu finir à pieds, nous l'aurions faits.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was the worst transfer ever. In a trip that should take around 20 minutes it took around 1h30. The driver was driving slowly cause he was talking on the microphone to try to sell more trips and was reading documents while driving. The worst of all was when he was dropping off other passengers he would go out, ask them which other trips they want, trying to sell tours and filling documents - just in one hotel the wait was longer than 20m.
