Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines. The Daytona International Speedway, a 500-acre interactive motorsports complex, is home to the world-famous NASCAR Cup and its "Great American Race," otherwise known as the Daytona 500.
In addition, many other types of racing events fill the grandstands here, including go-cart, monster truck and motorcycle races. The arena also draws travelers for instructional driving lessons, driving experiences and ride-along programs when no races are in session. Daily complex tours are also available—climb atop the podium in Gatorade Victory Lane, see champion cars (scratches, dents and all) and check out the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.
